It was great. They were quick and efficient. Their pricing is very good. They were good.

They were excellent. A team showed up and did the whole from house top to bottom. The windows sparkled, and we plan to use them on a regular basis.

I asked to be there when it was performed and they gave me a time. When I arrived even earlier than that time, I saw a note on the door that they had been there already. When I called to ask how it went, the man said he was too busy and would call me back, which he never did.

The big deal service from 3-D Window Cleaning & Maintenance was fine. It was good. It was clean. There were no complaints. I chose them probably because of a price plan issue, because I had the coupon. I am going to give them an 'A' straight down on all categories. I really have no complaints.

Wow! What a disappointment! I asked for an estimate of 15 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. He said it's about 4 dollars a window but might be less based on where we live. I told him Moon and he said, "Well I don't know who you are or anything about you". This struck me as very odd since he never asked my name or street address. He said he comes to Moon every 2 weeks, so I asked him when he'd be in Moon again. He said "I don't know". It was very clear that he didn't want my buisness. I actually thinkhe was annoyed by my phone call. I will never use his service and will let my neighbors know as well.

I just had my windows cleaned by Yuriy, Oleg and Connor. This crew arrived on time and were very professional. They were also very personable and respectful, and did a complete and thorough job. We have some very large/tall windows in the back of our house that I could never reach to clean, and I have to say that they look great! Also, my interior windows have the removable wooden dividers, and they carefully removed and replaced them in order to best clean my windows. I would highly recommend them and will definitely have them back next year!

The cleaning was done efficiently and professionally. Scheduling was easy and they called me right back.

The crew showed up as scheduled and cleaned the gutters for $120. I think they did a pretty good job. I didn't see too much gunk flung on the ground from the cleaning. They did have to remove the gutter shields because the gutters were so full of debris and dirt. The previous owner never had the gutters cleaned. The gutter shields were left on the ground by the side of the house. They were not able to reinstall the shields because they were bent or broken during removal process. If the shields were not able to be reinstalled, they should have taken the shields with them for disposal. I have no idea whether our waste management company will take these items on trash day. Other than that, it was good. I'm thinking of getting an estimate for exterior window/screen cleaning.

Arrived on time. Immediately climbed up on the roof and started cleaning out the gutters, scooping old goopy dead leaves into black plastic garbage bags, then running water all through the gutter and down the gutter spouts to check that they weren't clogged. Fast and thorough work.

It went very well. They came out when they said they would and cleaned up very well.

They are reasonably priced and were willing to make a deal with me to set up multiple cleanings per year. They do a great job and always make sure to clean up after themselves. I have recommended them to friends.

I live in a Duplex. Asked them over the phone if they would clean gutters of both our houses in the same price. They said it was in the specified length of gutter for price quoted but when they came they said there was more gutter length than they thought so I ended up with a pricey gutter cleaning of just my house. They wanted an additional $99 to do my neighbors and she refused. They also missed the scheduled appointment date somehow and my neighbor had someone look at her gutters because there was water in her basement. We found out then that they never came to clean the gutter. Neither my neighbor or I are home during the day so we assumed it was done. I have to say they were extremely apologetic when I called and very courteous and did a very good and thorough job once they came because I was at home that day. I do think they are expensive for cleaning gutter on just my side of the house for $99.

Did what they said they would. Had long discussion with crew member about what type of material to use, etc. Took a little longer than expected but screens doing great. They replaced and repaired the screen hardware where needed. Hardware on one screen was not replaced and cracked when I when to put it in the window and they came and took it back and repaired it. Also, my windows look great! It was worth the money to have them all done at once on the outside!

Great. No more leaking gutters from being full of debris

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it went very well. I am not sure if he cleaned the gutters as well as I would have, but I can't get up on the roof. They were very prompt and courteous. I don't think from the time he took, and what he took away, because he took away what he got from the gutters, that he did such a thorough job. He did do more than has been done in 5 years. I don't have a complaint, but he was pretty quick. Overall, it was a good experience. He was a young boy, and I think he went a little faster, but I am not going to check, and everything seems to be working fine. They called me after I purchased a big deal, and told me they were tied up with something, and if they could schedule a later time. We had so much rain, and they had so many people calling.

Great job! 3-D Window Cleaning & Maintenance is professional and does a great job with their gutter cleaning service. They clean up after they are finished and do not leave debris in the yard. We have used them twice and will continue to do so.

It went great. The windows were so clean it didn't even look like there was glass in them. I would definitely hire them again.

Don, the Manager, did my service on a weekend which was so convenient. He did a wonderful job. He went beyond my expectations and provided such detail to the work he did. So nice to work with and I would highly recommend this company.

The gutters were cleaned, so they did the job they were paid to do. They did the work on a weekday while I was at work, so my only interaction was with the guy who scheduled the service. He was very professional and accommodating. They did leave a note about a downspout drain being clogged, but I keep neglecting to follow up and get them back. They could probably make another sale by calling me back to schedule a repair of the drain, but either they don't do that kind of work or they're not pushy.

The company was very professional on the phone and explained how and when the cleaning would be completed. The gentlemen showed up early. However, they didn't look very professional-cut off shorts and t-shirts. They were quick, but left a bit of a mess on our deck and in the shrubbery close to the house.

It was fine. The only problem was that the guy said he was going to talk to their boss about having them come back because I wanted them to fix the gutters that I they told me was out of alignment but nobody ever called or anything. Other than that, they did pretty good.

Highly professional and punctional, the provider worked outside in a well-landscaped area. He protected all scrubbery and provide an A-1 job.

Provider was very accommodating in scheduling service.
