Description of Work: Excellent and efficient job was done, and they could clean the windows on the inside with very little movement of furniture that was in the way.

Description of Work: They arrived on time and cleaned my windows. However, since I live in a duplex, the price is high considering one side of my home has no windows.

Description of Work: I needed the gutters cleaned on my house. I filled out a request for an estimate online. They did the estimate while I was at work and left it in my front door. I just had to call and approve the work. They were there within a week. I was not home while the work was done. Everything was left in perfect shape. The only reason I know they were there is that when it rains, the rain no longer cascades down the back of my house. I am very happy with 3-D.

Description of Work: Very pleased with their services. I spoke with Donny and was scheduled within a week of my phone call. 2 men arrived 15 minutes early. They cleaned windows as well as multiple French sliding doors. They removed screens and washed all the windows and they vacuumed out the sashes. For a small additional fee, they applied a spray lubricant to all the tracks. They perform other services which I did not utilize at this time. I would definitely recommend them.

Description of Work: i called them in the morning and they came that afternoon to clean two of my windows after my painter's left. I was very pleasantly surprised that they could come that quickly and they did a good job.

Description of Work: They did the windows, and that was great, but then he noticed our driveway, not being sealed in years, and said he do driveways too. So, we agreed on it, he gave me an estimate of $1,100, and then when I got the bill it was $1,700, they didn’t tell me they were going to raise it. So I sent an email, he hasn’t been in contact with me, I haven’t paid anything, I at least want to talk to him about it, I mean if you raise a bill that much. I talked to the guy, that was doing it, it turns out they hardly ever do any driveways, so I wasn’t really thrilled. I want some explanation for the rest, why didn’t he tell upfront they raised 5. For the windows, I would have said excellent, but the driveway, yes they did a great job, so I have no complains about the job they did, but I do have a big complain about changing the price without so much as a call, I have the estimate here, and I have the bill. I’d like to at least talk the guy in person, and he hasn’t given me that opportunity. I'd give them a D as far as pricing because they lied to me.
