Oleg arrived on time, was polite, efficient and did a great job. Most of my windows involve ladders outside, no problem or complaint. Even my front door storms and my double garage door windows were cleaned, which I did not expect. I would definitely use this company again. The only "B" I gave them is for the reason that when I first called , after purchasing the "Big Deal", to make an appointment, the woman on the phone took my information but I did not get an appointment call-back for 3 days. The owner apologized, made a follow-up call after the service was provided. All In all a very good experience.

Robin arrived promptly when promised, was careful and obviously took pride in this work, was flexible in adapting to our requests, and did a lovely job.

The company employee came at an agreed to time, performed the work in a timely manner, without incident. The job was done safely and effectively. The employee was professional and personable. Would use this company again.

Overall, it went very well. I purchased a Big Deal coupon from Angie's List for the work. I called the contact number and left my information with the woman who answered the phone. I got a call back the following day and was scheduled for the following week. I got a confirmation call the day before the work was done. The two men arrived on time and took about an hour to do the entire house. They were very courteous and professional. They also left me an estimate on how much the job would cost if I call them again (without a coupon), as well as an estimate for gutter cleaning. I think the only complication that arose was that they didn't do the storm windows-- I had to remove those before they came, and I washed them myself by hand and reinstalled them. They would have washed them for me, but it wouldn't be included in the coupon and frankly, I didn't want to spend any more money on the job. Not a complaint, just something to keep in mind if you're considering having the work done.

Service was punctual and polite, and the windows were sparkling clean when he finished. I've given a C rating for price because the price I paid was with an Angie's List coupon. The quote I received for performing the same service on all of my windows (26) was much higher. The coupon put the cost at about $5.30 per window, whereas their regular pricing would be about $9.50 per window. Since this is the first time I've had my windows professionally cleaned, I'm not sure if they are more pricey than other vendors, but it seems a bit high to me. Based on quality alone, I would use them again.

I was contacted by the company shortly after purchasing the Big Deal. The person on the phone was very friendly and professional. We set up appointments for both the gutter cleaning and window cleaning (June 9). The employees were punctual and professional. Since the cleaning there has been no overflow of our gutters. I would use them again.

I had a contract with this company for 3 years. They did a great job, as always.

My call to 3-D to schedule my appointment was returned promptly and I was able to schedule at my convenience. Robin showed up promptly on the scheduled day. It was left to me to decide how he should proceed based on my plans for the day and whether or not I needed to leave for any reason. He did his work methodically, cleaning the gutters and then doing the windows/screens/sills inside and out. They were sparkling! Prior to leaving, he made sure I was satisfied which I was. Of course we had torrential rains the next day! The windows still looked good, though and it gave a good test for the gutter which was no longer clogged. I am very happy with the work done and the services provided.

I used my big deal coupons, so I do not actually know how much it would have been had I not had a coupon. I am pretty particular about how clean the windows are, especially if I'm paying someone to do it. After the cleaning, there were still a few little spots on the outsides that would have taken a little extra elbow grease to remove. I was not home, so I did not watch them clean, so I don't know if they took special care to remove more difficult spots. Overall, the windows look nice and are clean. The screens do not appear to have been hosed off, just wiped with a rag, so I will do this again myself. I do know that they were there for several hours, so they must take the time to do a thorough job.

After I called they provided a written estimate within a week. They came within a week after I called to request the work done. I didn't need to be home and wasn't. The gutters and windows were cleaned very well.

Overall it was ok. They do some things that are great, and some of the experience was poor. The things they do great are hard to find at another company, so I would use them again. They are the following (1) they are the only company I could find, and I contacted a lot, that would not only rescreen my broken screens, but clean all of my screens. (2) the person who cleaned them and installed them at the house, was professional and excellent. He called me sir, was polite, and had no problem listening to my requests. And he did a great job cleaning the screens. The poor things I encountered are (1) they said they would be there by noon, but did not show up until 1:00 pm. I would like to have had a more accurate window of them showing up. (2) It took over one month to have my screens rescreened and brought back out. The owner did say there was a problem with UPS and I can understand that, but this portion of the service was rather long. (3) in the beginning it took them a few days to return my initial call. Owner did call after the review to seek feedback on the problems I encountered.

I've used them in the past and had good experiences. They do what they claim to, the windows look clean and put gutter guards on the porch gutters. I've never had a problem with them.

I wasn?t happy with them. I am pretty sure they were good for windows, but they offered to do tree trimming because they said that our trees were hanging on to our roof. They do gutter cleaning too. They cut our trees in the process of cleaning our gutters. They told us that we could get carpenter ants and that?s why they offered to trim our trees. So I agreed for that, but I don?t think they really knew what they were doing in terms of tree trimming. I read online that you are supposed to trim the branches in a certain way so that the tree doesn?t get infected with pests. So you are supposed to cut close, but not too close. I found that on the internet and I am not a professional tree trimmer. They never knew that. They trimmed it too far out and they also cut off the entire tree and left a giant trunk there. It looks ridiculous. I think it?s going to kill the tree. We will be lucky if we don?t have diseased trees. They didn?t want to do it when I told them to correct it because it was too hard to get up there. They also didn?t have the right equipment and they shouldn?t have offered to do it since they didn?t have the right equipment. However, the window cleaning job done by them was fine. I am pretty sure that the gutter cleaning was fine too, but not the tree trimming part. They did do what they said they were going to do. They did a good job with the gutter cleaning. They also took off the gutter guards and put them back on. It was a big job and they were like one of the only companies that would do that because those gutter guards were there before we moved in. There was another company that didn?t even want to clean the gutters because they didn?t know how to take them off. The window cleaning including the exterior and interior windows was $200. The gutter cleaning was like $300 and tree trimming was about $400. They really did a good job on some things and not so good on the tree trimming. Their prices were reasonable. Their quality of work was good for two things and not so great for others. Their punctuality was good. They were responsive to the gutter and window cleaning, but they weren?t very responsive when I told them to trim the trees according to the diagram I showed them. The only other thing about them was that the guy who came out loved to talk. He talked to me about politics for an hour. I didn?t want to spend an hour discussing about politics with him. I was trying to be polite. We might use them again.

Initially had some trouble getting them to come out and give me an estimate. They didn't return a couple of phone calls. Then they didn't show on the morning they said they'd come out to do an estimate. Jeff called me and apologized a week later (after I had left a negative review), had an estimate for me that day, and then someone came out the following Saturday to do the work. The guy that did the work was friendly and professional. He told us about some problems with the gutter guards that had been previously installed, and advised us that they could give us an estimate to get some guards properly installed. If they do get an estimate to me, I'd considering hiring them again. Ultimately the price was good and I was happy with the work. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that the initial communication issues were uncharacteristic. Everyone has a bad week.

This was the second time that 3D Windows has cleaned the gutters on my home. Jeff initially stopped out and gave me a detailed estimate for window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and discussed the possibility of installing a gutter guard on one side of my house which is tree lined. So far, we;ve only used them for the gutter cleaning, due to the economy. He was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to contact them. Each time I've scheduled an appointment, they've come within 3 days, and are able to do the work without me having to be home, which works great with my schedule.

They said it was most likely holes where the gutters meet the brick, and water is leaking into the brick. They suggested having tar put in the gutters or having new gutters installed.

Very good experience. Company gave accurate estimate and service was prompt. Gutters were cleaned, tree was trimmed.

First, the company actually came to my house to give me a quote, so I felt confident that I wouldn't be upcharged when the work was done. There was a bit of confusion. I called to talk about the quote, and the company took my message to mean come do the work. To rectify the confusion, 3D gave me free downspout cones. There was not a single piece of debris left around my house when they were finished, and they flushed everything out with water as well. I've heard this isn't the case everywhere! I will definitely use this company as my regular gutter cleaner.

THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE. I WOULD HAVE HIRED THEM BUT I HAD A ROOFER COME OUT WHO COULD SPECIFICALLY HANDLE THAT JOB.

CLEANED WINDOWS AND SCREENS EXTREMELY WELL. MY SCREENS LOOKED NEW, AS WELL AS THE WAXING ON THE GUTTERS.

OVERALL I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WINDOW CLEANING SERVICE. HOWEVER, THE SAME SERVICE A FEW YEARS AGO WAS 1/2 THE PRICE. THEY ALSO USED TO CLEAN WINDOWS AROUND THE PATIO AND THE SKYLIGHTS, BUT CHARGE EXTRA FOR THAT NOW. BILL IS LEFT FOR EASE OF MAILING PAYMENT WHICH I APPRECIATE.
