3-D Window Cleaning & Maintenance

They were right on time and very professional. The job was performed very well and they even cleaned the windows in our garage and the gutters there as well as a last minute request. We will be using them again this spring.

The overall experience was excellent. The workers called before arriving and were very prompt. They were extremely courteous and productive. The interior worker covered his shoes and was very willing to make needed adjustments to insure a high quality job was done. I highly recommend this service provider.

I called for an estimate on cleaning my gutters. I got a thorough estimate on a very professional quote sheet but their estimate for my gutters was $231. I ended up paying another contractor (Angie's List grade-A Clean and Clear Window Cleaning) $70 for the job. Cleaning gutters doesn't require a PhD and my house is pretty small. Both options were professionals and fully insured and I was happy with my final choice.

i called 3-D on Monday, November 28th and talked to Don. We agreed on a price and then discussed a suitable date for the work to be done. I had waited until the trees surrounding my roof had shed their leaves before arranging for the gutter and downspout cleaning, I shared my concern with Don that cold weather could cause the debris in the gutters to freeze and hinder the job being done properly. He told me he would have a crew there sometime that week, and would call me the day before coming. We talked again on Friday and his man came the next day--a balmy Saturday morning. The work was done in a highly competent and professional manner by 3-D's man, Robin (I know because I accompanied him on the roof ;) ).

He arrived on time. He was pleasant. He cleaned up afterwards. I thought one of the gutters might of had a clog still. I called & he came out promptly & clecked all drains. Everything was fine & running clear.

I liked his work so I decided to purchased another Big Deal for the same deal. He was punctual and did thorough job.

I had called the company twice and left a message to get an estimate. I finally called a third time and spoke to a person. He had an estimator come out that day. I don't know why I wasn't called the first two times I left a message if somebody was available immediately to do an estimate, but I wasn't. I should have taken that as a hint. I then called back the next day after the estimate to set up a time to have the requested services performed. Again, I left a message and never heard back. Called one or two more times until I got a real person to talk to. I was told they would call me when they are in my area because they want to do their work effiicently. They did ask if there was a specific time I wanted this work done by and I said "no". Ok, we are now going on 5 weeks and I have never gotten a phone call back. I called today and left a message. I look at all these other reports on punctuality , etc. and wonder how that can be. Very disappointed.

From start to finish, these gentlemen were punctual, friendly and thorough!

I purchased the Big Deal in September and immediately called to schedule a date for November. The person that scheduled my service already had all of my Big Deal information, confirmed my address, and made sure I had an outside faucet. He also let me know that they have weekend hours. My service was scheduled for between 9 -11 am. Two gentlemen in a small company pickup truck, arrived a little after 9, and already had a ladder up by the time I put my shoes on. (I'm guessing prior to my appointment, someone had driven by my house to see what type of ladders, etc. they would need.) They quickly cleaned the gutters, putting all the leaves in trash bags, that they took with them. They had their hose hooked up to my faucet and tested all of the gutters. They provided me with a receipt and a bid proposal for their regular priced gutter and window cleaning. Professional, quick, and efficient!

They were very professional and I particularly liked the fact that they were able to adjust the cost for the value of the Angie's List special deal that was recently offered. And on top of that, they did a good job. They said they were going to send three people, but when they arrived there were only two. My wife called and just a short while later a third person arrived. Very responsive to our needs! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to other people.

Many of the windows were well-cleaned. However, a few windows were dirty after the service. Also, we had asked them to clean and attach three screens as part of the service; this was not done initially. When I called to report the windows that weren't clean and the screen issue, the person who did the initial service was resent. He attached the screens but told me he needed a special type of chemical (extra $$) to clean some of my windows that had dirt caked in. Although I do not believe I should have to pay extra, I asked him to go ahead and do what was needed and I would pay. He told me he did not have the chemical with him (why not, especially on a second visit?!) and the office would get back to me to reschedule. A month later, I still haven't heard from them.

3-D was prompt, curteous, and professional. They picked up the damaged screens and delivered the new screens within about 5 calendar days. One of the new screens was slightly too large. But upon notification they promptly picked it up, re-sized it, and delivered it back to me within a couple of days. For the level of service the price was fair. They did not charge extra for the pick up and delivery. The no-charge delivery service was very much appreciated. They saved me a bunch of time and aggravation, and time is money. No complaints at all. Overall excellent customer service. Would use them again.

They did a good job. I even asked them if they would come back to clean my chandelier and the gutters on a second property. They said they would look in to it and give me an estimate but as of today, over a week later, they still haven't gotten back to me.

Everything was excellent from the scheduling to the job. Robin came exactly on time, and completed the job in about 2 hours. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was professional, and very kind. I will be using this company again. They are the best in customer service. You won't be sorry.

They scheduled the work quickly. They told my husband they wouldn't do the storms, just the windows, and he agreed b/c it is the exterior window we really wanted cleaned. The apparently cleaned the inside window and the exterior storm. The windows look the same, b/c it was the exterior window which was dirty. I tried to call and asked that they remedy the situation and to tell them I would be cancelling the check. The cashed the check anyway and didn't remedy the situation. We called again to offer them an opportunity to fix the situation or I would have to leave a poor Angie's review (I wanted all 4 sides cleaned and would pay extra), and they didn't call back. So, my windows look just as dirty, we wasted time, and I lost $90 plus $32 check cancel fee (the cancellation did not go through correctly).

They did an excellent job. I was very pleased. He was a nice young man and I felt very comfortable with him in the house.

They were pretty pricey, but we were very happy with him. He said next time he comes back it would be for a higher price since the person who gave me the estimate had made a mistake.

I called to schedule a time when the window washing could be done and left a message. The call was returned promptly and a mutually convenient time was decided. Our home is large with more than 20 windows, 3 stories and lots of eves, nooks and crannies that jut out from a tile roof. Don completed the job alone in record time and did an excellent job. I would definitely us them again.

Someone came to give me an estimate the day after I called, and the service was scheduled within a week. They were there while I was at work, but my mother reports they were very thorough and professional.

Great job, very friendly and went above and beyond. Just make sure you're getting everything you pay for....and I would suggest waiting until after the pollen falls off your trees (my mistake!).

The gutters were clean when they were done, no problems, came on time.

3-D called me promptly, made an appointment with me within a few days, and did the work to my satisfaction. In addition to that, the young man who did the work was polite and friendly. This company also did some work for a friend of mine, and sent me the bill for the work as I requested. They were great to work with, and I would definitely recommend them to others!

Everything went well. The owner of the company and his mother were very friendly, open, and people-oriented. They were very honest as well which I appreciated immensely.
