3-D Window Cleaning & Maintenance

We purchased a deal from Angie's List, but knew that we'd have to pay a little extra since the linear footage of our gutters exceeded the amount listed in the coupon. The company returned my call promptly, and we agreed that I would call them when all of the leaves were off our trees. Just after Thanksgiving, I contacted them, and they came out the following week. They were on time, polite, and efficient. They explained the additional charge for the longer gutters, and when they were done, they told me about the status of my gutters (they were fine), and explained about some heavy debris they found in one area (which explained why I was having a bit of a problem with the gutters overflowing there).

The company was easy and efficient in making appointment. The appointment was kept promptly and the serviceperson was pleasant and upbeat and cooperative.

I was going to buy an Angie list deal for a gutter cleaning from them. I called ahead and spoke with a wonderful guy who told me not to buy the deal because I would be able to do my house for less then the deal price. They scheduled the visit and they came out and did a great job on cleaning my gutters. I would definitely use them again.

They arrived promptly on date and time expected and performed the job well. They covered shoes and worked quietly.

i have the plastic gutter guard and didn't bother to have the gutters cleaned for a few years. i noticed a small plant in the rear gutter and decided to have the gutters cleaned. i called 3d window and an estimator came by the weekend to give me an estimate. since i had the plastic gutter guard they charged a fee to remove and reinstall it. that was ok. the two man crew showed up at the promise time and cleaned the gutters on the roof and the two decks behind the house and flushed the gutters with water after cleaning them. when i was paying them, i noticed that the gutter guard in one area was slightly off, i showed it to them and they went up again and fixed it exactly how i wanted it with a smile - now that is service.

It was wonderful. They showed up on time, were very quick, yet thorough. They did a great job. I will likely hire them again.

2 employees showed up very soon after the purchase and cleaned out the gutters and took away the debris that was in them. Very efficient and polite.

I purchased a Big Deal, whole house gutter cleaning for $90. They contacted me promptly. However, when they came out to do the work and saw the size of my house, they wanted to charge me $200. I complained, and they said they would do most of the house (leaving out gutters I could reach easily) for $150. Since another provider has regularly cleaned all of my gutters for that price, I was not happy. This turned out not to be a deal at all. They did a decent job on the gutters they did clean.

Two workers arrived on time. Original price increased because of the size of my house. (I expected this and was indicated in preliminary research I did). Three sides of home were not too difficult to complete. Fourth side however was very high and required serious effort. Workers removed mesh screens at times to clean out accumulated leaves and such. They also used water hoses to flush out further accumulated materials and flushed to downspouts.

Took half a day for all to be completed as only one worker was sent. He was professional and did a great Job. I had never had my windows professionally cleaned before. They looked sharp.

The team that came out to our home was very professional and friendly. I was not home for the service, so the techs spoke with my mother who was staying with us. She called me to relay a message from them and commented on how friendly and kind they were. I spoke with 3D today about completing the remainder of the gutters (the additional 60 feet not covered in the $99 deal. They will come out ASAP and quoted me a good deal. In addition, they told me they would keep the deal on the books for us for future cleanings. Thanks!!

They called me promptly after buying the deal to schedule an appointment to come out and clean. They even showed up a little early and were able to clean the gutters quickly. I will definitely use them in the future.

In addition, we had done significant construction, so the windows were very dirty, inside and out. 3-D did the work quickly and very well. The sparkling windows made a huge difference, leaving the house feeling brighter and airy. I have recommended 3-D Windows to others and will definitely use them again.

Went well. Could not get to two windows because of powerlines. They reduced their price because of it. Very honest. Happy with the work.

I called on Monday to get an estimate of the work I needed done and was told one of their people would swing by the house in the next few days to take a look so they could give me an estimate. Got a call Thursday with the price, which seemed reasonable, and they squeezed me in the next morning. Windows and gutters cleaned as expected. I signed up for quarterly service.
