Description of Work: Tried to get this company to quote me a repair or replacement of several screen doors and windows. Was told that I should approach the guy that washes our windows, as they would have to charge me extra for coming to do an estimate. Their site says "free estimates"... Unprofessional and irresponsible in my opinion.
