They are excellent. They did good work. Their prices are reasonable, and they are excellent people. I would recommend then to anybody. They are like family. I called them up, and they were here on the next day. Whenever I have had an emergency, they have been here within a couple of hours. I will continue to use them in the future.

We originally contacted him to service the boiler. That was our first appointment with him. This was our new house and we knew that the boiler wasn?t serviced in a while. He came out and serviced the boiler. I asked him if he could just take a minute and look around the basement to see if there were any safety issues that we need to correct. He did point out the issues relating to the water heater, which our home inspector pointed out too. So, we asked him for the quote and he got the quote to us quickly. The price was reasonable and he seemed very knowledgeable. We have asked him to do some additional work in our kitchen.

Their service is always very good. The water heater they installed is having problems. It is the manufacturers fault. The last time they were able to fix the problem. The water heater was under warranty and there was no charge involved. They have always been very helpful. They are very professional. They have been in business for a very long time. They are quite knowledgeable about what they do and they are very reliable. They are a little bit expensive, but they are worth it.

I would recommend them. They're good, it's basic work really. They are polite and I trust them. I have had them for years. They are all experienced. They interface well with the residents. They had an average price.

I've hired Flaherty a number of times and I will continue to use him for any and all problems with boilers (steam and hot water) that I have at any of my buildings. I've used at least a dozen plumbers in the past decade and Flaherty is without peer when it comes to their theoretical knowledge of complex systems. This allows them to assess and diagnose tough problems better than anyone I've seen. In this particular case, as noted above, the boiler was burning far too much fuel. Flaherty assessed the problem quickly and fixed it. After seeing him work previously, I now have faith enough in him to leave a lock box on my property and deal with my tenants directly (he's the only contractor I do that with). I also trust his assessment and allow him to make whatever repairs are needed, on his judgement (though he always calls or meets with me to explain the situation). Flaherty and his staff always wear uniforms, have marked supply vans, and are extremely clean and professional in their appearance and work habits. They are punctual and accurate with work estimates, scheduling, and actual work completion. The only drawback is that they are invariably one of the costier estimates. Based on that, I generally use them for more complex work, where their expertise is most important (as opposed to more common work, like replacing fixtures).

He is very thorough and the quality of service is excellent. He is totally up-to-date on all the codes for plumbing work and that gives us a degree of security. He is very prompt and the work is done in a very professional manner and is of very high quality. He is not cheap but we stay with him for the quality that he provides.

My home inspector recommended that I have a camera inspection done on the sewer system to make sure everything was ok before I bought my house. Tim from Flaherty Plumbing came out and worked for almost an hour to put the camera down the sewer pipe. Unfortunately, as Tim explained, my house has a "cast iron house trap" that makes it impossible to get the camera down into the pipe. He explained all of this to me in detail and apologized for not being able to perform the inspection, even though it wasn't his fault. I thought after an hour of being out there, I would be charged a decent portion of what they had estimated the inspection to cost. To my surprise, they did not charge me a dime for the time and effort spent. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing work I need done.

They have been in this business for quite some time. Their father stared this business. They do all of the plumbing work that is required for cockle and hall. They have been extremely reliable and I know when I call them it will be done right. After this experience I don?t call anybody else. They are responsible service company. You get what you pay for.

They are very honest because they told us about the warranty, so the cost was apro rated figure back to the year we had bought it. They do a very neat and clean job.

They are great. I needed them to come back and fix a problem and they were very responsive. They were clean and neat during the work and the end clean-up was wonderful. They were knowledgeable and trustworthy when in my home. I've used them before and I will call them the next time I need plumbing services.

Flaherty is not cheap. I would estimate that their labor charges come out to about $150-$175 per hour. But I have continued to use them because they are dependable and the quality of their work is good. They have always arrived on time. The only time there was ever a problem with their work, they returned immediately to fix it at no charge. Their responsiveness is excellent for scheduling work. It's rather poor when requesting an estimate.

When I called them, they said they could come out the next day. When they arrived, they found that there were a couple of screws that had come loose. They were able to replace them and cleaned out the unit.

They were pretty efficient and did the job relatively fast. I think they are a little high priced but they did get the job done and were able to get the sewer line cleared. I am no longer experiencing any problems so I am satisfied with them.
