They did an excellent job. Workers were very friendly and worked hard.

They installed an interior french drain in my rental house. Crew was real nice guys that knew what they were doing. Did the job in the time phrame they said they would. No hidden cost, everything was up front. Cleaned up after themselves when job was complete. The mess was minimal. Great gaurantee. Everthing seemed to be working just need the snow to melt to find out. Said if we have any problems to give them a call.

Ark's price and plan sounded good. Project: interior drain on 2 walls of garage, french drain outside one of the walls cutting across our concrete driveway and tie in two existing downspouts. Estimated two days, finished in one. Rain that evening. Downspouts overflowed (forgot to tie in), the new concrete across driveway washed out, my 50 ft. extension cord used, and water pouring in from a wall not included with the drain. Quickly responded but the fix was not as professional as expected. Fixed downspouts, concrete and extended internal drain with large panel on wall to direct leaky wall to drain. Ugly but effective. We're dry.

My project will start on August 23rd and I a very excited. Mr Perry was extremely helpful with solving our problem. He made two trips to our home to go over everything and to be sure we understood what would be done. It is very nice to meet someone that dosen't push you into a decision. I will be happy to reply after the job has been completed. Please send me a reminder the first week of september. Thank you for being so helpful with this matter.The project when right on time and they did a wonderful job, and cleaned up everything. I would have them back if ever I needed. They came when they said they would. The up front money was reasonable. They came everyday until the job was done. The workers worked very hard and effeciently. They cleaned up very well.

Jim Perry and his crew responded to my immediate need. They came out to my property within 24 hours, gave me a very reasonable estimate and scheduled the job within the week. They said it would take one day and it did. Mr. Perry kept in contstant contact with me to let me know how things were progressing and walked my mom through the completed work. He has since contacted me to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I will be calling these guys again as i plan to have some additional work done in my basement. I was extremely pleased with the results and the work ethic of these men. They were extemely professional. They arrived on time, they completed the work they set out to do in the time frame that I was given and they kept the job site as clean as was humanly possible. Since the completion of the job we have had alot of rain and the sump pump is working like a charm.

Mike and his team were outstanding! They did the job in a very timely manner, exactly as was described during our estimate and mapped out what was going to happen as it did happen. It was a pleasure to work with Mike (Owner) of ARK Basements. He was very patient with our work schedule since the work was to be done at a business. After finally getting started, (due to our delay) his crew did the job as promised. His foreman Eddie made sure everything was in order & kept the jobsite cleaned up. Eddie even performed extra work unrelated to waterproofing for our project & came back as promised to return things to their places. The price could not be beaten by anyone. I would definitely recommend & would use again in the future if needed!

The work was completed on time and seems to have corrected the problem with water in our basement. Mike gave us the lowest price of any other estimate (we had 4 other contractors look at the basement). Mike made himself available after business hours for our convenience and when adjustments in the work needed to be addressed (the installation of the Humidex) Mike was nice enough to send workers (after business hours) to make the corrections.
