They did not listen, used improper cement, stated they would correct the installation, and strung me along for 7 months now not returning my calls. Initially sent out service manager who immediately stated improper cement was used causing the large cracks and should never have been tied into the driveway. The manager assured me he would correct the problem

They were prompt, courteous and discussed job and what was necessary. All workers were friendly & diligent and completion of tasks. Returned to clean up job site and return moved appliances to proper place. Insured they were working properly before leaving. Daughter who reviewed whole process was well pleased.

All the guys who came to dig up my basement and input the Sump Pump did a great job and were very nice and professional. I know for a fact that I could not find a better company than Ark!

I knew after doing much research and looking into BBB, that I had found a good company. After watching the young men that work for ARK do the job they were doing I knew I would never find a company better than ARK. Kevin with his expert command of knowing his job. Laval and Matt were such hard workers. From the minute they came to my house until it was time to stop for the day they worked hard, and only stopped to eat lunch and then right back. They did their job with only one thing in mind, to give me their best work and water proof basement they could give. They also did extra services, one of which was, my dehumidifier broke and Kevin fixet it for me. I am happy I chose them.

Very impressed with Mike Perry, who met with me twice and inspected and measured the basement thoroughly before I contracted for a large basement waterproofing job. He sent a professional team who were on time every day. One small unavoidable issue was taken care of promptly. Their price was reasonable and I would recommend Mike and his team for basement waterproofing.

They did what they proposed, and when there was more needed, they did the work.

We'll not happy with people he sent here to do the job. Things were missing after they left. And all the money I spent they never came back to check things. Just think I didn't get the job done for what I paid them.

Ark is a great company to have in your home. They are hard working, considerate, and pleasant. They did a super job waterproofing the basement. I highly recommend them

The interior work done to install a sump pump went well. The guys were friendly and helpful, and even replaced two shut off handles that were frozen. They had to revise my initial project date and were over an hour late arriving for the job. On the second day, I was told I would have to remove all of the landscaping along the side of my house. This was not told to me before the work was started. The guy who dug and installed the outside drains left a large pile of dirt under an ornamental tree and had removed a flagstone walk that wasn't replaced evenly enough to walk on safely. It took repeated calls to the office to have my appliances replaced correctly. They plugged the pump into a lighting fixture that only worked when the light switch was turned on. The pump was installed across the room from an outlet just below my electrical box, requiring me to hire an electrician to install a new outlet. The service manager was rude and demeaning to myself and the electrician I had to hire. He repeated blamed me for difficulties his people created. The outside landscaping was left a mess and his response was that they?d do it in a few weeks. That was over a month ago. If you?re in the mood to fight for completion of the job then hire them. Don?t expect smooth sailing.

The BEST!! Every time it rains hard, our basement is dry. THE BEST company!!!
