We hired Ark basement after getting many other estimates. Jim made my husband feel confident about the job to be done. Also they were able to complete the project earlier than expected. Arrived on time and finished in 1 day. After about 1 month we have see no water in the basement! Thank you!

All work was completed as discussed with the owner of the company. Work took total of four days to complete. Clean up was good. Wish owner had shown up once during the job. Overall excellent work. What is left to see is if they honor warranty and yearly follow-up. No reason to expect they won't. Would highly recommend Ark to anyone needing water proofing work,

they installed the indoor French drain. We still get some mold. They haven't called or come by in just over a year as they said they would.

We felt very comfortable with Ark from the very beginning. The price was fair and Jim, one of the owners, followed up throughout the project. Great local, family-owned business.

This company was almost perfect. The family owners were great to work with and it was the most well priced company I found after talking to about 6 companies. After roughly six months, the basement has not had any leaks and everything is going well. The only minor complaints that I have is that one crew member seemed very new and some of his work was not up to the standards of the other crew members. The material placed around the bottom of the wall to catch any moisture that may come from the wall was placed very high along the section that the new guy was working on. Eventually I will finish the basement and put a wall over it so it is not that big of a deal. Overall, great company and great job.

We just went through a terrible experience with the first waterproofer we hired. Although they were very bust they made time for our job since we \were already 2 months behind. They explained everything they were going to do to the basement. They also gave us a great warranty. We had the concrete poured the day after they left and one of the corners got messed up. I called the owner and he sent someone out that weekend, they had to break through the concrete to repair it. It wasn't a huge job, but there was a lot of labor involved to break up the concrete and repour. We couldn't be happier, they did everything right as a business and also beyond in my opinion. We highly recommend Ark.

It is hard to tell this early in the life of a water-proofing system if it is of good quality, but the work seemed to be done well as it was happening. We got off to a bad start, as the foreman sent to our house the day that the work was scheduled pronounced the work "impossible" and, after a heated discussion, left the job site. Management stepped in and sent a new crew which performed the work with no complaints and no sign of the issues presented by the other foreman. The workers were generally considerate and left the site as clean as could be expected, albeit using our shop-vac since they had forgotten to bring one.

We were very pleased with ARK ,from our first meeting until the day the work was complete ! Jim Perry and his crew are true professionals ! Jim explained how the job would go and the men would clean up behind them when the job was finished and every thing was spot on ! Jim was on site to introduce his crew of men and go over what needed to be done ,then left for other meetings for the day and His Foreman and Crew were very pleasant and also very professional ! WE ,Couldn't have been more pleased with the whole experience ! Will and already have recommended these Folks to Family and Friends ! Russ J.
