No more wet basement woohoo i never seen a crew that worked so hard,i dont think they stopped for lunch.i will let ya know there will be dust just cover up your stuff, they also will cover it up kinda like double protection,what i really liked they are a family owned buisness,one of the owners would stop everyday to ck on the process,and the workers are not sub contractors and worked like a well oiled machine, We got them pizza on the last day kinda felt bad for them its is a hard dirty job ,thanks guys for your hard work ,Mike give the guys a raise

They are very busy but had a cancellation and were able to complete my job 4 weeks ahead of schedule. Other companies couldn't even do an estimate for 3 weeks.

Had two places in my basement where the existing French drain failed. They placed a new system in one day, cleaned up and were gone by I came home from work.

The workers that did the drain in my basement worked efficiently and worked hard to complete the job in 2 days. Brian answered questions and kept in touch.

Very professional crew and service. I liked the fact that I dealt directly with one of the owners.

This company was excellent. Workers arrived when they said they would. Our job took a little longer than expected but the outcome was worth it. They also did a really good job of cleaning up.

Extremely satisfied with our experience in dealing with this company from the beginning to the completion of the job. We hesitated in having a sump pump installed in our finished basement laundry because of what was involved, including moving the furnace and water heater. Unlike their competitors, they assured us that only the furnace would have to be moved temporarily a few feet and they could tunnel around the water heater. This was good news as that meant we did not need to hire a plumber but just a heating contractor. In addition, they said there would be minimal cutting of the bottom of the dry wall, which would make repairs simple and economical without the need to hire another contractor. Everything they told us about the project was correct. It was done with minimal disturbance to the room and very minimal dust to the adjoining family room or upstairs rooms. The installers, Brian and Jerome worked hard for 10 hrs, and also, made sure that they did a good clean up job. They were pleasant and professional and very accommodating. Jim, our salesperson came out to check on the work as it was being done and returned the next day with Fred, their service manager to reconnect our washer and dryer, utility tub plus re-install the hardware in our cedar closet. Again, this was something that their competitors did not include. They made sure we were completely satisfied before they left. The cost of their services was well worth the product they provided and was less than the other estimates we obtained. We would highly recommend this company to others. It surely deserves a five star rating.

Jim the owner was quick to respond to our request, he was professional and gave us a price that really fit into our budget. He explained everything re the job and satisfied all our questions. His employees were friendly, processional and did a great job. The clean up was exceptional and they hauled it all away. So pleased that I referred ARK to my neighbor and she also contracted with them to waterproof her basement. My only suggestion, clean up afterwards dust, etc owner should offer a referral or partner with a company that comes in and cleans up dust, replaces damaged drywall and preps area for painting For the right price, would have jumped on that in a minute. Great job...thank you Nov 20 2016 Follow up. My husband and I have been trying to obtain our gift referral check or card for over 2 months. Jim Perry has repeatedly promised that it would be sent to us. Phone calls to his business number go unanswered to our request. This is the worst customer service we have encountered. He states in his advertisements that they have a customer referral program. He also advertise lifetime warranty and 10 years year free inspections. . lf they plan to honor their advertisement. this is unacceptable. We were planning to have them back in they spring to waterproof our garage, This will not happen. Excellent customer service is worth thousands in revenue!!!!!

The owner Mike was wonderful. He was prompt to contact me and made himself available for a quick appointment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel and Mike was understanding and helpful in finding a new time that worked for us both. Mike arrived on time, did the inspection and explained very thoroughly the situation and gave several options. His price was very fair and I would highly recommend him and would use him again.

Mike {owner and sales rep] was very personable, and knowledgeable, about his product. Choose Ark [even though they were not least exspensive] as they seemed the most logical for my concern. After recieving prices from $30,000 to $5,000, making the decision is daunting! After hearing multiple explanations I choose Ark. They arrived on schedule, were pleasant, effiecent , and done in a timely fashion. Having had multiple downpours since foundation was fixe there has been no signs of ANY water! Many thanks !!!

Not ever having this done before, there is a lot of cement dust - not to blame the company, it is the nature of the job. Cleanup after their cleanup (which was the responsibility of the homeowner - me) was rough.

Really good job done correctly and quickly at a reasonable price. Most importantly solved our water problem and gave us a dry basement.

We were very pleased not only with the finished product but the great crew we had. Jim provided us with a very affordable estimate and scheduled the project time to fit our needs. The crew was very trustworthy and I did not have to worry about anything being damaged. Although I was home, my wife did not feel worried at all with the guys. Actually the project was completed 1 day ahead of schedule. Thanks guys for the great job!

Ark's crew showed up and Jim was right behind them. The crew was pleasant to have work in our home. Efficient and hard working and were able to have work completed sooner than expected that day. Amazing crew Jim has. They did a good job on cleanup, leaving minimal residue. Very satisfied with their work. Would recommend to friends.
