Showed up on time and completed the work early. Was almost $1000 less than their competitors with almost the same process and warranty.

There was poor communication prior to the project related to the financing options and or procedures to obtain that financing. There was also poor planning related to site preparation. No one came to the job site to assess the needs for preparation. I cleared the basement as well as i could based on he Sellers roughly drawn plan. I was not told where the drain from the sump pump would come out (middle of my lawn), or that the sump pump would be connected to an existing electrical outlet and not hardwired. I had some questions after the job was completed. I made an appointment with Mike (who sold the job). He cancelled and never called back.

He was the only person we spoke with who was willing to do what we wanted and didn't give us a hard sell for a more expensive fix to our problem.

Gentlemen were very professional, explained everything in detail. Followed up with a call. We are going to use their services as soon as we get funding.

Out of all water service providers I find Ark to be the best . I believe I will be doing business with you in the future.

As of now I'm pleased with the work that was done. The real test won't come until it actually rains heavy.

Mike (salesman) was very pleasant and explained everything in detail. I know the rule of thumb is to get 3 estimates but I got 6. His price was the best. Some others came close but I needed to feel comfortable. Plus Service Magic had ARK on the list so I felt it was a reputable company. We already gave his name and number to a family member.

Michael was thorough and professional, as well as friendly and honest while assessing the problem and giving us an estimate. We felt that his price was fair. His crew was neat, clean, courteous at all times and respectful of the fact that they were walking through a home. They got the job done ahead of time by one day. All in all, Mike and his crew were impressive! I would recommend him to anyone who needed basement waterproofing.
