It has gone great. We got everything done and I did not realize that they were really good. They were here. They showed up right on time, did all the measurements and gave me my choices. Now, I am just trying to decide whether I want to do more blinds. I am going to use them again. They will be back here in a couple of days. The blinds are going to be delivered and hung. It was a very good experience. They did what they said they were going to do and frankly, I like the style of the blinds. I also liked the way that they suggested things because I wanted a certain thing and Mr. Yocum had a better idea for what I wanted that we did. Other Angie's List members should call them because they are great. Their price was great and they knew what they were doing.

Frank had difficulty scheduling the appointment. He explained he was in Delaware and was overwhelmed with request. He had me do the initial measuring and gave me an estimate of $749.00,with the Big Deal this would be an out of pocket amount of $339 dollars. I was considering a different option an that was going to be an additional cost, and the out of pocket cost would be $359 dollars. Finally an appointment was set. I believe the person who came out was Jason. He did the measuring and said I would hear from Frank within a couple of days. When Frank call he quoted over $700, He said the original estimate was just that an estimate and that the final cost could be anywhere from 10-50% more. The blinds were the blinds discussed in our initial call telephone call. He told me "You can get your money back". He didn't seem interested in doing the job.

This was an excellent experience for me. Choice made with Frank's help, measurements taken in a timely fashion, installation done professionally and with a smile. Couldn't ask for more.

The overall experience was outstanding. The initial visit provided me with all the information I need to make the selection and the technician installed the blinds in a professional and complete manner. I would highly recommend this company.

If we ever have any more money or rob a bank...we can buy more shades. We really need them. I guess they are simply out of our present price range. We would have liked to cover all of our windows..but not right now I'm afraid.

They first came to measure before they did the installation. They were spot on with the measurements. When the guy came out to measure, he explained the different insets and styles of the shutters. He was detailed in his explanation. I liked their service. I had no issues with the service. The price was reasonable for what they did. They were professional and on time.

The person there is Jim Yocum. They just finished last week. It is beautiful, and they were wonderful. Having moved to a new home that needed some work, we have been calling people. Many people never returned our call. There are two different companies that I called or left messages; they never returned my message. This man returned my message right away. Throughout the entire process, he kept me in touch telling me what the time the workmen would be there. Then the workman called and said he will be there in half an hour. They were very proactive. He had three different country shutters; he presented the pros and cons on all the shutters. The workmen that came to the house to measure and then to install were just the most pleasant and professional people I think I have ever let into my home. They knew what they were doing. When it was all over, I called them to say I was giddy with excitement because it looked so beautiful. They were so shocked that I called to say I like them. I had a really great experience with them. Their responsiveness was excellent.
