Description of Work: They repaired cemented and waterproofed our stone/gravel basement walls which were in very poor condition. they did a very good job.

Description of Work: Basement inspection, installed a pressure relief system with a sump pump and added a water proof coating to the walls. They also corrected a few existing piping issues.

Description of Work: Joe came out and looked at our ground water leak problems. His suggestions and estimate were accurate and precise. His work team were wonderful and professional. We just had a period of hard rain for four days and not one drop inside. They were great and I would recommend them highly.

Description of Work: We called Joe at Waterproofing one to fix the leak in our basement. When Joe came out to do the estimate he was very punctual and courteous, answering many questions i had. He also explained that what i thought needed to be done was not going to solve my problem and would be a waste of money. After we scheduled the service, Joe's crew came out in a couple days and completed putting in our drainage system and sump pump and also fixed the dry wall and cleaned up the mold. The price was very reasonable and much cheaper than other estimates. Everything looks great and I would recommend them to any friends.

Description of Work: They knocked down two paneled walls in the basement, scraped and cleaned all walls and floors, and painted the walls and floors with waterproof paint. They even carried stuff out for us so we wouldn't have to do it and they hauled some of our trash away. They left the place nice and clean. They were very responsive and nice to work with.

Description of Work: Joe Soster came to our home and did an evaluation of what was needed. He and his team performed the waterproofing in our basement neatly and efficiently. We have not had any problems with water since the work was completed.

Description of Work: many emails and phone contacts and one missed appt. went by before we were all on the same page and my garage floor was inspected. Think his name is Andy who came and explained pretty thoroughly what was going on. He was knowledgeable and professional and I am satisfied.

Description of Work: I purchased a "The Big Deal" based on the following description of service: |- $49 for an in-depth foundation inspection, crawlspace inspection, home water leakage inspection, and drainage analysis used for creating a preventive water leakage plan |- Includes a diagram of your home with elevations of your foundation |Comprehensive results and analysis of inspection, including current foundation and drainage conditions |- Complete correction plan offering an all-inclusive repair price | |I felt that this service would be more comprehensive than other contractors who simply gave me a quote for a perimeter drain system. However, when the serviceman arrived, he just gave me a quote for a perimeter drain system. This would not have been a big deal, expect for the fact that I paid $49 for a quote that I got for free from other contractors. However, this quote was significantly lower, and the contractor would not need to tear down the existing drywall. I am seriously considering using this contractor for the work. The contractor was very pleasant and knowledgeable on the subject.

Description of Work: They were honest enough to say we really didn't need their services, after visiting for an initial inspection on premises. Also very prompt communication.

Description of Work: Mold Inspection

Description of Work: Helped get rid of an area of mold in the north side of our attic. They also helped improve ventilation up there so that the mold won't come back by replacing the ridge vents and the exhaust fan with humidistate and by re-routing a bathroom exhaust fan.

Description of Work: They made a visual inspection of some mold we pointed out and offered to analyze it, though we decided that would not be necessary. They suggested a method to stop the mold growth that involved corrective action needed to be done by out condo association and went to the association to report the problem. We were satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: They installed an interior basement waterproofing system putting in French drains around the perimeter leading to a sump pump as well as repainting the floor, walls and installing new windows. I was happy with the job they did. I didn't get the initial hard sell and scare tactics I got from other larger companies who had come out to provide estimates. Waterproofing One were more straight-forward and seemed to me to be more honest. We ran over the estimate since the concrete that needed digging up for the French drains went down much deeper than expected and power washing the walls to remove old paint needed to be done several times to be effective. I was more concerned to get the job done right the first time around, that strictly keeping to the estimated budget.
