Angelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct Cleaning

We were so happy wit our previous order we decided to use them for a large area rug. Arrived promptly. Due to size of our previous home the rug had been partially rolled up for 14 years. Rug had been vacuumed weekly but never cleaned and it showed. We were happy that the rug looked like it just came from the show room.

Did a great job - rug looks like new! Took their time to get all edges of cushions on couch and chaise. Service providers were very polite and arrived just as scheduled. Had some issues with my dryer vent so they were unable to complete job but stood up to their 30 day warranty so when problem with vent was corrected on my end, they rescheduled another visit to come back out, no questions asked!

Arrived as scheduled. Provided full price before starting work. Worked carefully to make sure carpeting and vents were completely clean. Went over carpeting on stairs numerous times as they are high traffic area. Started job and did not stop until job was completed.

I have a dog and three cats. Obviously carpets were filthy and I had no expectation of pristine cleaning. Angelo's cheerfully set about spot treating the badly soiled areas, deeply cleaning all the surfaces and going over the entire area again. Heavy soil was treated yet again. Yes, some stains are still there but not nearly as bad as I thought they would be and the smell is gone. I will certainly invite Angelo's back again. What made this service such a pleasant experience was the professionalism and the attitude of the young men providing the service. Polite, cheerful, respectful all go a long way to making them great representatives for their company.

I had just moved into a newly purchased condo, and wanted to get the dryer vent cleaned (which hadn't been done in years). I emailed a few companies on Angie's List and received a prompt reply from Cindy. Scheduling a convenient time was easy, and I really appreciated the accurate and upfront estimate that I received prior to booking. The cleaning itself was excellent - the technician, Curtis, was extremely professional and friendly, and happy to answer all of my questions. It's clear that Angelo's is dedicated to customer service - I received a call the next week to make sure that everything had gone well. I would definitely use Angelo's again in the future.

It went really well and their customer service was excellent. The guy who came to clean the carpet was nice. I was not amazed by the cleaning - there were a couple of spots that they could not get out that surprised me. But they also pointed out the spots and acknowledged that they did see them. The service also comes with a bottle of spot treatment which we have put to good use!

We had a number of rooms where the carpets needed streching. Angelos was easy to schedule , they were on time and they did a really good job. The carpets look great. Would definitely recommend them for this type of work

The floor looks like new! I am extremely happy with it. The furniture also looks great! The two gentlemen who came to do the work arrived when they said they would and got right to work. They explained what they were doing and when I asked them to redo a cushion on the sofa, it wasn't a problem. They were friendly and wanted to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. This is the second job the company has done for us and I expect to use them again.

They picked up and delivered it complimentary and they were flexible with the pick-up and delivery time.

Angelo's came the day after I called for an appointment. The technician was prompt and the cost would be what was quoted on the phone. I had move the small pieces of furniture out and he did move the big pieces. He was very thorough in the cleaning of the sofa. He cleaned the back sides and the cushions very well. The carpet was dirty with spots that I could not get out. He was very thorough with the carpet as well and got the stains that I couldn't get with my steam cleaner. It looks and smells much better. I was very pleased with the service and would recommend them,

The whole experience was excellent. When I called to set up an estimate I had a limited time window and Angelo's was very accommodating in meeting my schedule. The estimate was fair and I scheduled the work. Steve and Curtis arrived on time and got right to work. The difference from start to finish was amazing. The grout looks almost new and the floors look great too! I would definitely use this service again and will also use Angelo's other services as well.

Appointment was scheduled promptly at our convenience. John arrived at the scheduled time and together we went over what the job entailed. The two rooms are high traffic areas and we have 3 young grandsons so there were many very dirty areas. John was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the job which, due to his thoroughness and magnitude of the areas, took longer than he had expected, yet he didn't rush. We had prepped the rooms by removing lightweight items (lamps, end tables, etc.) but all the heavy furniture was moved and replaced by John. He even removed a stubborn spot from an area rug in another room when all I had asked for was advice on how to get the spot out. The company made a follow up phone call a few days later to check on the job and when they found out there were a (very) few remaining spots that showed up after the carpet dried...they quickly sent out Paul who took care of the spots. The carpet looks great and we'd definitely have Angelo's the next time!!

my experience was very good. they arrived on time and started with the area rungs. once they were done they helped me to take the carpets out of the house and place them in my car so they would nto be in the way of cleaing/ploishin floor. the started with the upstairs rooms and halls. then they did the living room and dining room. once they were cleaned they polished and buffed all of the floors. I was amazed on how good the floor looked. It was as if they refinished them. It only took about 5 hours in total which I thought was great. I have one more room to hjave done and the entire house will have been done. I am so looking forward to having this done.

Professional from beginning to end. I provided a telephone summary of the needed service. Estimator came the next day and provided a reasonable estimate. The crew arrived on time two days later and did an excellent job. They were professional and efficient. The house looks as good as new!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSINAL, ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID THE WORK WELL. CURTIS EXPLAINED THAT IF ANY STAIN REMAINED TO CALL AND THEY WOULD COME BACK. IT WAS A STUBBORN STAIN, THEY RETURNED AS SOON AS I MADE THE APPOINTMENT, AND TOOK CARE OF IT...OF COURSE AT NO CHARGE. THEY WERE GREAT! I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN

The pricing was better than a nationwide competitor. The employees arrived as promised. They provided a plethora of information regarding carpet cleaning and what they were going to do. It was a great experience.

The service person was on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. We got most of the furniture out of the rooms in advance, but he helped move the bigger pieces as needed. He was able to answer any and all questions I had and left us with some spot cleaner for future use. It was a very positive experience. We'll use Angelo's again next time we need our carpets cleaned.

They do a bunch of other things as well. The price was reasonable. They did an excellent job. The price is fair. They came on time. The technician explained what he was going to do before he did it. After he was done with the job, he had me inspect it before I signed off on it. He gave me pamphlet of other services, which I am planning to use them again on. They are on Angie's List. They are really good. I will be using them again for hardwood refinishing work.

they were punctual and attentive and were very efficient. absolutely the highest recommendations from me. also recommended them to 2 friends and both parties were extremely pleased with the services.

The estimate was accepted and we acknowledged that the results would not be up to the original finish standards. Flooring was cleaned as described in their literture; however upon later inspection there appeared a residue that needed to be buffed out. Upon buffing we noticed that the residue on the pads had traces of dirt. Granted 34 years in Quality Assurance may make me a bit picky in details, but I am not one to micro manage. Thats why we hire professionals. I saw nothing that would induce me to call and give them another crack at correcting the job. They offer refinishing but the crew did not explain or offer this upgrade, which leaves the impression of get in and get out and don't bother me with details.
