Angelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct Cleaning

Excellent experience. I thought my clothes dryer was broken but after viewing Angelo's web page I discovered my problem was the vent and ductwork that hadn't been cleaned out. They explain well what they do, pricing, and scheduling is all done online. there are chats or phone calls for more info if needed but the site is so helpful. The technician arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and explained the process. I am more than pleased. I will use them regularly to prevent further duct problems. The reasonable price is worth the peace of mind. Highly recommend! Thanks!

Couldn't decide whether to have carpets cleaned in our home or send them out. We ended up sending them out, and it cost more but was well worth it. One of the carpets was badly stained and was returned freshened and clean. The other rugs were a light colored runner and an older rug that saw heavy traffic over the years. All rugs came back fresh and clean...exceeded my expectations. The guys who picked up and delivered were great as well. We will definitely use Angelo's services again.

Brad and Robert were Great I couldn't of asked for more. They cleaned our carpets. We didn't need to move anything other than anything that had paper. They even cleaned 2 stains from awhile ago that I couldn't clean. They cleaned, buffed our hardwood floors. They did a great job getting scuff marks out that had been there GOD only knows how long. That I tried to get off and couldn't. They were very professional. I would definitely hire them again. What a Blessing.

Our off-white bedroom carpeting sparkles! This is 10-year old carpeting that now looks new--we're very pleased after the professional cleaning! While our carpeting was being cleaned, another well-skilled and knowledgeable man lifted our second floor rug from the floor, found a strategic area, stretched it to remove the bubble, cut the excess, and re-attached the rug so it looks perfect now.

The workers are polite and professional. No surprises. Last time there was an odor - like moth balls - from the cleaner. They took the furniture back at no charge - aired it out - and really took care of the problem! They always take good care of us. They go to any length to get the job done.

Came out to measure and give estimate. They mailed proposal in timely manner. I called to schedule work. They emailed reminders and showed up on time, were friendly and professional and the results were beyond my expectations!

This is the fourth time we have used Angelo's. They alway's have arrived on time. Jobs have alway's been performed to our satisfaction.

I was surprised by the poor service considering the good reviews on Angie’s list and Yelp. The guys who did the service were nice and answered any questions I had. After the guys left, I realized that the under side of my mattress was not cleaned and the carpet underneath a few small pieces of furniture in one room was not cleaned despite them saying it would be. I also saw dirt coming out of my air ducts that were supposedly cleaned (see picture). I called Angelo’s and thankfully Cindy was very responsive on the phone and agreed that she’d send people out to do the job right. However, I had to spend yet another morning away from work to have them come out and do what they should have done the first time.

Technician used too much cleaning agent on furniture. My daughter was home from college during service. Upon arriving home, I immediately had to open up all windows and doors in house. My daughter was in bed with a horrible headache. I called Angelo's and the son came out folllowing day for inspection. He agreed that too much cleaning solution had been used causing the discoloration to my chairs, (which showed the most damage due to their light coloring) the technician was new & they were busy due to the holidays. He assured me that steam cleaning the furniture would fix the problem. It only made the situation worse, now my the upholstery on my custom Pearson chairs were stained and wrinkled due to shrinking. After contacting Pearson directly, they informed me not only was the fabric ruined but the cleaning solution had saturated the cushions & they too needed to be replaced. Adding insult to injury, the fabric was discontinued, meaning the coordinated pillows and the inserts on the custom valances - all made with same fabric would need to be replaced. I presented the company with all necessary verification from company and estimates for work needed to be completed. Owner finally comes to my home.... and says "Good luck lady! See you in court" I would not let this company clean my cat litter box

Very well. As always, all of the stains were gone when the work was complete. Excellent job by carpet professionals.

Excellent work. The 120 year old marble floor in the dining room was stained, scratched, and ugly. Now the floor looks great. In the master bath, the marble vanity and marble tub surround were deeply stained and etched. Angelos used hand held wet sanders in the master bath to restore the stone, starting with 200-grit and progressing to 3000-grit. The results in the master bath are wonderful. Angelos was prompt, courteous and very skilled at what they do.

They did a wonderful job. They did everything we wanted them to do. They were clean. They were polite. They did the job. We have not had any problems. They had to do all of that because my husband is allergic to cats. He has had no problems whatsoever. They price seemed fair. There was no complaints. We called, they came out and gave us an estimate. They did the job. Everything happened that we had hoped would happen.

The guy was nice. I didn't follow him around but he was in and out in about hour. He suggested we don't walk on the carpet till the next day. We were happy until we went into the bedroom that had the bed and dresser. We sold the house really quick and the movers were here the next day. They moved the bed and the dresser and it was not done! All he had to do was move two things.. I had to go and get stuff to match up with the clean carpet plus deal with a move. If he did this with just two things to move I can only say lazy..... Also I was to get a discount for the empty room that I did not get. I also did him a solid and tipped him 40!! I will not use or suggest them to my people.

In preparing our house for sale, we needed to have one bedroom's carpet stretched. Steve, (from Angelo's) did a great job in a timely fashion. He was personable and cleaned up afterwards. The price was good. (they give a discount if you move the furniture yourself). We are very satisfied with the outcome.

The entire experience beginning to end exceeded my expectations. Scheduling was very easy as they were super responsive and able to get me scheduled quickly. The technician (Steve) arrived on time, assessed the room and confirmed the price with me before starting. The entire process only took 1 hour (for the one room) and smelled really great! Today I confirmed that the pet smells are gone! I will definitely use Angelo's again in the future. The service we paid for included the deep clean and a pet deodorizer treatment. Well worth the money!

The two technicians showed up on time, explained the process from start to finish, and promptly got to work. They did a thorough and complete job, and I had no issue using the Angie's coupon listed here concurrently with the Groupon offer that was offered at the time. When they were done, the tile looked like new and the grout was back to its original color. My wife and I were very pleased, and I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for a thorough, professional job.
