Angelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct Cleaning

Service providers were on time and professional. Angelo did an excellent job explaining what I could expect from the carpet stretching when examining the area and providing pricing for the work that stretched across multiple rooms and the hallway. The end result from the carpet stretching was as almost exactly as described and was a very significant improvement at an acceptable cost compared to early carpet replacement. I was also pleased with the thoroughness of the carpet cleaning performed in another room.

Company arrived on time and was professional and courteous. I had the carpet in three bedrooms cleaned be eV ause of the odor when I moved in. The employee was very honest with me and explained even with cleaning due to the condition of the carpet the stain and odor could not be fully removed. I appreciated this and was glad to be told beforehand than after the fact. I would definitely use this company again in the future.

They were marvelous, they were just fantastic and I highly recommend them. They come they clean up, they do s good job, they know what they're doing, and I tell everybody and their mother about them, they're just wonderful, they have specialist for problem carpet. It was perfect Angelo's is above five, I give them A in every way, from effort to trying to get specific time, always courteous when I call with a million questions. I will be using them every single time of my life, for the rest of my life.

Bill was our technician and he was friendly and quick and did an excellent job. He assessed the rest of the house carpet for future work at my request. I felt Bill had my best interests in mind which I really appreciated.

The tecnician arrived within the appointed time frame and was very professional. He discussed the additional cleaning I was having done beyond the "Deal" and the exact cost. He also discussed what furniture I wanted moved and any known stains. And then he went to work and did a wonderful job. I should have done this years ago! I would definitely use Angelo's in the future and I will recommend them to my friends.

Late on a Sunday night, my dog got very sick and had a bowel accident on the living room carpet. Bad diarrhea and a lot of blood in the feces. It was a mess. I was sure I was going to have to replace the carpet. Called first thing Monday morning and asked Angelo's if they could do anything. They said they could get somebody out to take a look at it by the early afternoon. Paul and Matt arrived before noon, and went right to work. They got everything out and the living room carpet is spotless. I asked if they could do the family room and stairs while they were here, and they said they had some time in their schedule to do that also. I can't say enough good things about these guys. Angelo's deserves the straight A rating they have on Angie's List!

Very happy. 2-man crew showed up on time, polite and friendly, wore booties, protected hardwood floors. Cleaning job was great, I was afraid my dog's drooling had ruined the sofa, but both pieces came out beautifully. Will definitely use them again.

They guys showed up as scheduled, ntroduced themselves, went over the scope of work, and got started. They did a great job. They mentioned that if when the carpet completely dried if we were not pleased to please give them a call. I didn't need to call. The carpet looked great.

They cleaned my vents and one of the flaps on the vent on the outside of my house broke during the cleaning. The technician was very apologetic after the external vent flap broke. The technician said he would check and see if they could replace it but when he called his boss he was told by his boss that the flap must have been worn and they would not replace it. The boss said it was not the technicians fault even though he wasn't here to see what happened. The technician relayed to me that his boss said it would cost me $75.00 for them to fix it properly. They put foil tape over it for now but I want it to be fixed properly. The work he did was fine but the lack of a resolution was the bad part of the project.

The stain showed up within a week and they came back and redid it immediately - excellent service

The cat had managed to pee on the entire end of an 8x6 oriental carpet. We rolled it up and took it to Angelo's. We got a discount for bringing it in. The person at the desk had us in and out in 5 minutes. The carpet was ready in 2 weeks, as promised. When we got it home, it did smell lightly of cleaning fluid. But that smell quickly dissipated. And the carpet looked great. No cat pee smell. And the fringe was intact and was the original beige color. The only difficulty I had was trying to parallel park in front of the store.

Bill was very professional and explained what he was going to be doing in great detail. He provided recommendations for keeping the dryer vent clean. He was very professional and put everything back in its place. Will use again and definitely recommend!

Steve and Matt were extremely professional and knowledgable. Bleach discolored the carpet so they used a remnant we had to patch that area. I was shocked by the results. The price was very reasonable for the repair. I would have them back any time and am happy they provide other services too

Carpets lightly soiled and had about half the house cleaned. We did move most of the light furniture to make the job easier. Two nice guys showed up when promised, provided firm price for the job and proceeded to do the job. The furniture that remained on the carpets was left on blocks to prevent rust stains etc. We will have to see if any of the spots that were on the carpet when they came, come back in the next week or so Angelo's definitely provides a good value and nice experience. Highly recommended.

I am so shocked and pleased at what a great job Angelo's employees did on my carpets. I have 5 dogs, one foster dog and 4 cats, so my rug had gotten pretty beat up, stained and smelly. I just wanted them not to smell so badly for Thanksgiving, so I called Angelo's. They were polite and friendly on the phone, and the same in person. I can honestly say my carpets look clean and no longer smell! I really never thought they could look this good again! I have a very big family room with a light rose carpet and an office connected with a burgandy print. They look GREAT! Thank you so much Angelo, Mike and Blayne.

Steve and Steve did my cleaning, exceptional, professional, and answered all my questions. My rugs were dirty and stained, and I'm trilled with the finished results. My area rugs were returned and I amazed the stains that were removed. Planning on getting my tile cleaned after Holidays. There prices may seem a little more up front, but the price was the price, no add on's during the cleaning or trying to sell me scotch guard, or adding hidden fees.. They cleaned exactly what they said they would clean, for the exact price. I loved their website, everything was there, cost and type of service, very easy to navigate. Angelo's is A +

I bought an Angies's list Big deal for $179 for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. I had Angelo's at my home to clean my tile floors previously and was very happy with that experience. I choose to use substitute 2 rooms for my stairs and upstairs hallway since my carpet is very light and was very dingy. The crew from Angelo's arrived on time and got right to work. My son and I had moved out most of the smaller furniture before the team arrived. The larger pieces of furniture were moved by the team while they cleaned the carpets. They placed styrofoam blocks under the sofas so the carpet could dry. They did a wonderful job. A few days later, I noticed the stairs still looked dirty. I called the office and they explained that sometimes as the carpets dry the deeply embedded dirt rises and makes the carpet look dirty again. Angelo's sent a team back a few days later to reclean the stairs, at no extra cost. After the carpet on the stairs dried the second time, I noticed a considerable difference. I was extremely happy with the results and called the company to thank them for sending a second team to redo the stairs. I will continue to use Angelo's Carpet , Flooring and Duct Cleaning to clean my carpets and floors.

We were so happy wit our previous order we decided to use them for a large area rug. Arrived promptly. Due to size of our previous home the rug had been partially rolled up for 14 years. Rug had been vacuumed weekly but never cleaned and it showed. We were happy that the rug looked like it just came from the show room.
