Our carpet cleaning prices are all inclusive; a pretreatment to help release soiling and spots, removal of most spots, hand cleaning edges and stairs, Scotchgard carpet protection and our 30 day satisfaction guarantee "If a spot comes back, so do we!" We also give a discount when the rooms being cleaned are emptied of furniture. We are sorry you feel we are expensive, typically we hear our pricing is reasonable for the quality of service we provide, time and detail we give to each customer. Description of Work: Did an excellent job of cleaning my carpeting in my RV. Arrived right on time and the gentleman performing the cleaning was very professional. My only issue was the price was a bit high for cleaning such a small area. I've had other services do the same job for $100.

Description of Work: Our great room, master bedroom, and stairs were pretreated and cleaned. Results were great, but in our high traffic areas, stains reappeared and they came out the next day to redo those areas and 2months later, they still look great. I will use this company every year, very professional and courteous.

I apologize that you feel you had a bad experience with us; we constantly strive for customer satisfaction. I did some research; Cindy from my office scheduled your appointment on 6/20/13 and we cleaned on 6/28/13. Mike and Blaine were the technicians that did the work; they have been with me for years. It was just about a year ago, so it can be hard to remember. According to our schedule we would have arrived right around 12 noon and your appointment was for us to arrive between 12pm and 2pm. The total cost for 3 bedrooms, a basement of carpet, a hall and 45 steps, pre-treatment and Scotchgard included was $466.40. Our records show that Matt called on 7/3/13 to follow up on our services and make sure you were completely satisfied, as we do for all of our customers. We left a voice mail and have not heard from you until this review. As soon as we are informed of any un-satisfaction, we immediately do what ever we can to correct the situation. I do appreciate your business and would rather have you as a happy, satisfied customer as opposed to dissatisfied and upset with our company. We will strive to do better. Angelo

Description of Work: Second time I have had them, this time they did my rugs and a chair. I have had plenty of rug cleaners in my 30 years of owning a house and finally I found someone that does an excellent job with out begging and pleading for those add ons (that **wink, wink will keep my rugs cleaner for a longer time).

Our carpet and upholstery cleaning service always include Scotchgard protection which does help prolong carpets life and carpet manufacturers warranties usually require the reapplication along with steam/ hot water extraction cleaning.
