They were really helpful. They actually gave me a free bottle of cleaning stuff that worked fantastically well on all our rugs. They made the carpets look like brand new. I don?t know how much I paid them but I know that the price was extremely good. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future, if necessary.

Extremely well,the carpet which was awful looks beautiful,the bathroom floors look great. The young man, Steve,who did the work was knowledgeable & professional and as well as very conscientious. I intend on having this company do my duct cleaning,heater & dryer.

They were very good. They showed up on time and did all the work at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again too.

I think it went quite well overall. I have no complaints. Except for the cat. Who did it again.

The service provided by Angelo?s Carpet Upholstery & Drapery was good, but I wasn?t satisfied with the carpet cleaning. The carpets had pet smell. Even after the cleaning, the carpets smelt the same. The guys were great; they were responsive. It is just that after they finished, I still have the same problem. I just wasn?t happy with the end result. Their price was okay. I will not use them again though.

They were good. They probably should have sent two guys instead of one. I informed them that I had furniture to be moved around. He was dragging my furniture around but he did a good job. He cleaned it well. He was very punctual. He cleaned up after himself.

Everything was very quick and efficient. I will use them again in the future if I need them.

Arrived over two hours late with no explanation or apology. Said stairs were dirtier than expected and that they'd need to be done again soon. Bedroom work went OK. Did not seem very helpful or customer oriented.

The carpets were very wet when they were done, like 3 days wet. I've had them cleaned before and I've never had them wet for three days. I did have to call them back to clean spots that came back up. They cleaned an area rug for me and they did a good job for that. They were on time. They didn't vacuum the carpets before they cleaned them. They were higher in price. They were pleasant and were pleasant when they came back out to clean the spots that came up again.

They were the best people that have ever cleaned my carpets. My carpets have never looked this good! I was thinking about replacing my carpet, but not anymore. They left me with a bottle of professional spot cleaner which works really well.

I liked them because they did a really good job and the man was very personable, very nice and he spoke English. He was very responsive and came on time and did his job.

They were very good with follow-up calls, but he was late and didn't call to say he would be. They had a good price, but it wasn't as clean as I had expected it to be.

Overall, we were happy with the professionalism and the willingness to help, as well as the amount of discounts they were willing to give us. Several stains showed up after the fact and they had somebody come back and spent two hours doing touch up. It's not perfect but the house definitely felt and smelled clean. The residual stains I was told cannot be fixed. I was under the impression that I would not have to vacuum and expected the rugs to be ready the day after, however I spent the next day vacuuming my entire home.

Everything was good. They moved my furniture, and they honored the Angie's List coupon that gave $20 off without any hesitation.

We had a laundry sink overflow and it flooded our family room and a bedroom. The carpet was only a few months old. Angelo's responded quickly and were able to save the carpet. They ripped up and removed the carpet pad and left some carpet fans that we could move as the carpet dried. It took a couple of days but they did the trick. We would definitely use them again....but hope we never have to!

I liked the job that they did and they showed up on time. I could tell they knew what they were doing because they were very knowledgeable in how to get tough stains out. The rate was really good also.

I was very satisfied with their service. There was a mark on the carpet before it was installed and they sent someone out to clean it before installation.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. AFTER A FEW MONTHS WE USED WATER TO CLEAN THE WOOD FLOORS WITHOUT REALIZING IT WOULD LEAVE A WHITE FILM. THEY CAME BACK AT NO COST AND REDID THE WOOD FLOORS.
