Angelo's Carpet, Flooring and Duct Cleaning

They were very good. They're really nice people. Angelo himself actually came over. He knows his job, he is very experienced. Everything was taken care of and there was no smell. They talked to me about coupons I could use as well.

I wasn't present for the cleaning, but my husband said the workman was polite, punctual, and did the work without interruption. The workman identified a problem with our dryer vent (the connection had fallen off the roof so it was venting to the attic) so that we could get it repaired by the condo association. Everything was cleaned and returned to its place with no additional mess for us to clean up. The most visible part of the dryer vent (right inside the dryer door) still had a noticeable amount of lint caught on it, though. We don't know if it's just that it was difficult to clean that portion of the dryer, or whether the rest of the vent was cleaned poorly. I suspect it's just a difficult-to-clean part of the dryer, because the dryer's drying power was better after the cleaning as well.

Service guy arrived on time, was super pleasant, and did a great job. What more could I ask? After a few days, an old stain reappeared. They had said that it might happen but if it did they would come back. My husband said i should forget it since it was an old stain it would never come out. I called Angelo's, the same young man came out and that stain is history! Now THAT is a guarantee! I had never used Angelo's before but I will be a repeat customer.

They were very responsive, and appointment was easily and conveniently made. They were prompt, very careful, neat and courteous. It was clear that they were well trained and expert at what they do. They took pride in their work.

They came out twice; once because I had to ask them to clean out my closed dryer vent as I thought it was clogged and when the man came out for cleaning, he found that the vent was disconnected under the floor. They had to come out second time with somebody who knew how to fix that kind of problem. They were very friendly. I spoke to the owner over the phone to make the arrangements for him to come out. They provided me with an estimate as to how much it would cost. They were very nice. I have two dogs, and they were very nice to the dogs. They were very kind and understanding. My dogs are very friendly and they like to play. They were very neat. They had to take the dryer out from the closet because I have it upstairs in the first floor. They had to take it out of the closet. They had to cut the hole in the floor. They put everything back perfectly. They brought me upstairs to show me what was going on. I am very satisfied with the job that they did. For the amount of the work they did, the price was reasonable. I can't really complain. I told people around my block about the good job they did. If they need anybody, then to give a call to Angelo's and they were great. I would highly recommend them. They did a great job.

They were very polite and professional. I would use them again. They cleaned the carpets well and cleaned up after themselves. They moved the furniture and put it back. Their prices were fairly reasonable; they were probably average. Overall, my experience with them was excellent.

Angelo's showed up on time and delivered the agreed upon service for the price we were given when setting up the appointment. As stated in their advertising brochure, the employee moved the dryer out to access the vent, vacuumed the floor where the dryer sits, and vacuumed out the dryer vent using a rotating brush and shop vac . Angelo's started from the inside and worked their way out to the vent on the side of the house, which was on the second story. The service was performed from the inside, and no dirt came back into the house. Although I did not see it happen, it looked as though they also vacuumed inside the dryer screen area (in the dryer itsefl) as well. Everything was put back exactly where it was when they were finished. The service took about 30-40 minutes from arrival to departure. Employee was professional across the board. Later that day, I noticed that one of the dryer vent flaps from the outside of my house was lying on the ground, and it was clear it had been forcibly knocked out. Believing this was from the mechanically rotating brush that was sent through the vent, I called Angelo's to report it. They sent out a manager within 30 minutes (we live in the same town as the shop). The manager quickly assessed the situation, immediately accepted responsibility, bought new dryer vent flaps, and installed them himself by the end of the day. Mistakes happen. What's important to me is how they're handled, and I could not have asked for a better handling of this situation. I though about giving Angelo's a B for quality because of damage; but the dryer vent cover flaps outside were cheap plastic (my assessment), 5+ years old, and get a lot of direct sun, so it probably didn't take much to bust one of the flaps, especially when Angelo's is really trying to scrape out the nastiness in the vent. They get A for responsiveness because of how well they handled it. Pricing is very good, especially given the professionalism of the employes and the thoroughness of the job. Overall, they earn an A.

All fine. Would use them again. Curtis did pillows and two roll away ottomans at n/c. With food donation gave 20 discount. When one a/c duct could not be accessed he removed it from bill.

I found them on Angie's List. Their price is reasonable. The guy who came out was very nice and he also left the bottle for me in case there were more spots. I was really pleased with him. He did his job and he even moved some furniture for me. He was very pleasant and professional. My carpets are still clean. He told me when he was coming and came out at the time he said. He did what I asked him to and he was very personable. I can't complain at all because I'm really picky.

Perfect - from start to finish. They answered the phone when I called (didn't have to leave a message and hope they'd call back), and I was able to schedule the appointment at that time. They were upfront about their pricing (no hidden fees or attempts to upsell us), and the prices were very reasonable. The serviceman arrived on time and performed the services efficiently. He was courteous and neat in how he went about his work. My husband (who's never 100% satisfied) actually raved about Angelo's. We joked that we should look around the house for other areas that needed cleaning. Will DEFINITELY use them again. Highly recommended.

They did a "great" job and the carpets look great. We are no longer eating our meals on tray tables in the living room! We wil have them cleaned on the recommended schedule and use them again!

They got the wine up and everything. They are fantastic. The price was great. I was shocked.

They were all cleaned exceptionally well; all items were cleaner than we've seen them cleaned before (this was our first time using Angelo's). The people were professional, punctual, efficient, and kind. We are looking forward to having them clean the other rooms in our home! I paid more than I would have liked to, but the quality was worth it. In other words, value for price is very good (If the Angie's List grade category was for "Value" and not "Price", it might receive an A).

The carpets were in really bad shape and they did a fabulous job. I wasn't at the site and didn't get a chance to see the end result but my real estate agent and my parents said it looked great!

Unbelievable! They were able to remove some ancient cat urine stains along with several other tough spots. Very professional delivery guys who moved furniture and placed rugs with care. Good prices.

I received a price in advance and time for the service. The carpet cleaners arrived promptly. Did the repairs first. Then the cleaning. They were efficient and worked cleanly. Finished in the stated time. The price was as estimated. I noticed a missed spot after the carpet dried. Called Angelo's and they returned soon after and took care of it. All around excellent work and service. I would certainly recommend this company to friends.

The whole process went extremely well. From the time that I contacted them to the estimate, to the completed job, less than a week went by. They were even able to get a spot out of my carpet that the Sears people claimed was impossible. It did seem more expensive than the coupon specials that you constantly get in the mail from the larger companies, but I must admit, I paid for clean carpets and that's exactly what I got (along with great service and professionalism).
