I just got the service; they haven’t done anything yet besides install it. I wasn’t impressed. They accidentally cut off the electricity and my neighbors were very upset. He was drilling into the electrical pole and he cut off the entire block. He wasn’t very apologetic either; he said, “Accidents happen.” They are too expensive but everything works. I will continue to use them because the actual product is good and there is only one competitor.

For the plan that I have the price is fine. When I did try to call them there was no problem and I was always treated quickly. When I went into the Verizon store I have been treated quickly. I am looking at other options and would like to get a smart phone and I think other companies have better smart phone deals.

I found since I have had them I don't have as much trouble with my tv service. Its a good quality. They are responsive. I have used the satellite provider before and it would rain a little bit and my picture would just break up wasn't good.

Their service and their area coverage are good but their pricing structure is terrible. They are going to change to another plan which is really not good for me. I am one of those people that use the cell phone to make phone calls; I am not interested in recording movies, photos, UPS, and so forth. I had two experiences when I bought a cell phone from them, one was bad and the other one was average. I have to wait to see how their new pricing plan is going to affect me to continue to use them in the future.

We recently switched away from them. They had a good service but we got better deal from another company. We even tried to see if Verizon would price match before we switched away.

I had an issue a few months back getting an internet connection. They were able to fix the issue. They are priced pretty connivently. They are pretty good. I have had some issues but overall they have been able to fix any issues.

I have seven cable boxes in my home and two cell phones. They do a great job. I am very happy with them. The only problem is getting someone on the phone if you have a problem.

There were some problems when they set it up. It is working great now, but we needed to work with them to get it to work together. You need to be there when they are installing. Sometimes they are good and sometimes they are not.

They are responsive, the thing with their cable services is that they are set up so that I can do it all online, and that works very well if the cable goes out. Anything having to do with the telephone, is just a nightmare.

They were hard to get on the phone. I had a problem with the internet service and it took me a while on the phone to get a hold of them. I had to wait forever but they corrected it on the phone, they told me what to do. I was on hold for some time.

I use their bundle service. I haven’t had them come out since they installed it and there was no need. I pay about $350 a month for all the services. They were a little cheaper than their rivals and I like their DVR’s better. They have more storage space and better menus. I like the fact that all the DVR’s can be accessed from any box in the house. I think they could have been cheaper and the quality is pretty good. They respond well. They were good when I dealt with them so far and the guy who came out was good. I am locked in with them for the next 2 years.

A TELEPHONE POLL CAME DOWN. I CALLED ON OCT. 18TH, 2007 AND IT HAS TAKEN THEM UNTIL APRIL 7TH OF 2008 TO FINALLY COME OUT AND FIX THE WIRING. THE SERVICE WAS JUST LOUSY. NO ONE EVER LISTENED TO ME. I AM FINALLY GETTING OUT OF VERIZON AND GOING WITH ANOTHER CARRIER. I DIDN'T SPEND ANYTHING, BUT WHEN THE TELEPHONE POLE CAME DOWN IT HIT A FENCE AND I WILL HAVE TO FIX THE FENCE.

PROVIDES FAST QUICK INTERNET SERVICE. I AM PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE SO FAR, AND THE BENEFITS OF HAVING MULTIPLE SERVICES WITH THIS COMPANY.
