I would give them a poor grade only because their fees are high, but I do not feel like switching. I had them for years. They could lower their prices. They make a lot of money off of consumers.

If it doesn't work, you call them and complain. Pretty soon, they send someone out. It's okay. The good part is that it's fairly clear. The images are pretty good. We do get the internet. The internet is sometimes a little slow. It's not too bad. The cost is outrageous. When you're calling, you're on hold for half an hour or something.

It was horrible. My husband was on the phone with them every other week. It was just not worth the hassle that they gave us. Some of them were great on responsiveness and some of them weren't.

They're okay. Once you get everything in, they expect you to be able to walk you through issues, the customer service is just isn't there. We're not all computer savvy and there's always a long wait time. We had Comcast out here but every time it drizzles, the TV and the computer; everything was a wrap so we change to Verizon and now we don't have that problem. The customer service, once they get you, not the same.

Horrible: of the three tv's in my house, only one works, the others blink in and out due to bad installation from Verizon. I've had technicians out three times in the last year and none have resolved this issue. I am paying for service/cable boxes in three rooms yet only one works. During this time they have continued billing me more than $120/month. I am moving again in January and plan to get Comcast not Verizon at my new house but Verizon informs me I agreed to a two year contract and if I cancel early I will be subject to a fine of more than $150. This is ridiculous, I never signed up for a two year contract, I signed up for one. The cable service I've been paying for doesn't work and I shouldn't be paying them a supposed early cancellation penalty, they should pay me back for service I've been paying for over the last year that doesn't work.

I had them before the big slip when they were actually Bell Telephone, and they have been our family's provider of choice. For the longest time they were the only one available, and I am happy and comfortable with them. My cellphone bill is $60 a month and I think the landline is somewhere close to $100.

They're expensive. Overall, I think what they provide is very good but they are very expensive. Their customer service when I called was horrendously bad. I get the wrong people and I get disconnected. We went to change our business lines one time from hard wired lines to their voice over IP. They said that they will be out here the following week on a Tuesday. It was late in the previous week and they cut off our regular line. By the time they fixed it, we were out of phones in our business for over a week. We spent hours and hours on the phone and it has been terrible. They continued to be that way. My business, I used to be an IT and deal with dedicated circuits. They're terrible that way too. I don't lose or drop calls. We have service no matter where we go. In that aspect, it's good. As a matter of fact, we're just thinking of changing over to another cellphone service provider because we can get the same basic plan of three phones for $70 less in a month. It's a lot cheaper but their service area isn't the best. It's one of those times when I needed to make a phone call and it will be dropping. We have a pretty good selection of channels with the package. The internet goes pretty fast. We have no problems at all. All of their services I think are a little bit more expensive than everybody else. I think their wireless service is a lot more expensive. They can charge us more because they provide a better product.

In the beginning it was fast but lately it has been slowing down because they are trying to push a pipe and I think they are intentionally slowing down so that they can push the new Quantum. Before this the speed was really quick now it is slow to start up but not the dial up thing. For the TV we have good channels though I don’t watch any of it. However it costs me a fortune though I do have some premium channels as well that makes it go up. It is not anything like the introductory offer they gave me in beginning. The cable net work is very good because I can get whole different things on it. I like it because I have 3 things provided by this company like the internet, even though I have the problem with it being so slow, it is not as fast as it used to be, I have the land line as well. Over all the service is good and if there is something wrong, I can call them up and either they can walk me through it or have somebody come out and take care of it. Even if there is something that they have you can fix things yourself. All you have to do is go on the TV and follow the direction and work things out yourself.

We chose them because they have so many cell towers and we can get cell phone service when we are traveling. We are happy with the speed of the internet. We had trouble getting hold of them one time when we lost service. They did call me back and say they are working on it to make it easier. Their price is high.

We spend something like $230 to $240 a month with them. My husband set all that up. He went, compared and decided what he wanted to have and chose Verizon. I have never had any coverage issues or anything like that with my cellphone service. My experience with the company has been just about average. They do not have anything special with their cable service and they are too expensive. I have not had too many issues with them and we never had to have them come. They were also okay when they came and installed.

I think the service is really excellent. It's rare that I lose a call. The Internet is fast. Sometimes, it does take a little longer. I do noticed that when I'm in a certain area that the cell connection there is horrible and sometimes, I can't even use my cellphone down there and that's 2 hours south of here.

It's just a little slow but I don't have a problem with that. They were very helpful with getting it set-up that type of thing. I don't really have any problems with it so I don't pretty think about it but the few times I have to called them and when you to get somebody, they are very helpful. When Verizon drilled a hole in the ceiling to the attic they missed a little bit so it came into the hallway so they had to repaint. We had to go get more paint to patch up that little area which was $19.00. We tried to call the technician's supervisor and it kept going into the out of office message and it would not roll over to voicemail. We couldn't even leave a message to complain. Verizon gave us a 4 hour window for when they would arrive in the morning but they didn't show up during that window. When we contacted the technician he told us it was a 4 hour window in the afternoon that was scheduled but when we contacted customer service, at first they couldn't find the work order but then they confirmed we were scheduled for the morning. It was inconvenient to wait. However, the technician was very apologetic.

It took 12 hours to install their service. They put the wire from my door into the apartment and it took 12 hours. It was a horrible marathon. They don't offer Howard Stern On Demand.
