Good communication and willing to perform work in a quick manner. Even applied for permit required by the city. Other guys didn't want to be bothered with the work because of the need for the permit, but they didn't mind.

I liked his professionalism. He had all of the needed parts and no surprises or complications came up. He did a nice clean job.

I called Sullivan and they said they were booked that day, but will be able to come out and give us an estimate that afternoon. Tom Sullivan came out and gave us an estimate. The price was not cheap, but was reasonable. We scheduled the work for the following Thursday. Tom sullivan was very punctual and very professional. Came out at 9:00 am and replaced the pipe. He was done around 1:00pm. And we have not had any problems since the pipe was replaced.

I called him in the morning and he came out that afternoon. He worked competently and did a good job.

Even before I was an Angie's list member, I used Sullivan and they have a great reputation. I have not needed to call them for many years, however, and was pleased to see they were highly regarded on Angie's list as well. They saw that the gas pipe only needed tightening and they replaced the section of the leaking copper pipe. He came out the same day I called. He left and unfortunately it appeared his work caused another leak about two feet down on the same length of pipe. I didn't personally fault him for it - I just figured I had an old pipe that was on its last legs. But Matt came back two hours later and reparied that section without charging me extra. That was a stand-up response that I appreciated.

You couldn't have asked for a better company! He did a great job and came right out. He fixed all the lines. He was prompt, neat, clean & cheap! I would definitely use him again and would recommend them to anyone! They are an A+ company!

Mike, Tom and their father, Tom, were completely wonderful to work with. They handled all facets of the installation from permits for the township to ordering supplies and fixtures. Everyone was incredible and responsive to our 100's of phone calls and questions. They completed all the work in one day, staying late to finish the job. Additionally, Mike is meeting with the township inspector to have the work inspected, which he scheduled on his own time. There is not enough space for all of the praise that we have for these hardworking and honest individuals. The icing on the cake is that they are so nice and easy to get along with.

Called Sullivan Plumbing and got a very quick response. Michael Sullivan was here the same afternoon we called. He was very professional and fixed both toilets in a very short time. It is a family business and they have been in business for many years. Would definitely recommend.

They were very responsive, it was somewhat of an emergency situation and they were able to come out on Sunday and install a new water heater. It was a very good experience.

Mike Sullivan returned all calls promptly, gave a competitive estimate (I got 3 estimates), completed the work when and how he had said he would, and was very flexible about coordinating with the gas company to get the job completed. I was nervous about how cooperative he might be with the gas company's run-around, but he was very cooperative and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use him/his company again.

Mr. Sullivan spent a good deal of time walking through and discussing options. In fact, he's rather chatty, but he taught me a lot about how the work should be done properly and the pros and cons of various options. When his estimate came back, the drain-pipe estimate was several hundred dollars more than either of the other two estimates, and he did not quote me specific figures for the other items of work, instead giving me only a ballpark. I called him back to get a quote on replacing a commercial steam and hot-water boiler. Mr. Sullivan can be rather negative / pessimistic, talking a fair amount about how hard everything is. He said he would get back to me to come by and take a better look at the heating system, but never did.

I was definitely satisfied with what he did. He did a good job and was very professional. He explained everything to me about how the plumbing was set up in my house and he seemed to have knowledge of older house plumbing.

My drain clog was severe and they appeared to make every effort to complete the job. After some time they were able to clear the clog. They explained to me what they had to do and didn't care that I asked questions. They are great.

My experience with them has been great. They arrive when they say they are going to. They do the job. They don't make a mess. I am satisfied with them. I would recommend them and use them again.

Mr. Sullivan gave me an estimate over the phone, based upon my description of the problem and the hardware. He told me that would be the most it would cost. I checked with other plumbers and found that his price was the best. He came out to do the work when scheduled and was very prompt and friendly. He explained what was wrong with the faucets and repaired them quickly. Given their age, that alone was great. My husband and I decided rather quickly when faced with the choices to be made in the Home Depot plumbing parts aisle that this was not a job we could do ourselves. Mr. Sullivan also fixed improper installation of the handles on our laundry tub faucet. At the end of the job, he charged me $55 less than his original quote. He was a pleasure to talk with and I will definitely hire him again.

I called Tom because of a problem with a small drain in our garage. Even though we live in an older home and this type of drain is not used in newer homes, Tom immediately understood the issue. He told me that they would be happy to come out and do the work, but that the problem was minor and I could probably fix it myself. He told me the materials that I would need and how to fix the problem. The materials were less than $20 and the repair took less than 20 minutes. It has been a few days now and the problem is fixed. It is great to know that there are companies like Thomas Sullivan & Sons, that don't try to nickle and dime you and who will return a phone call promptly. We have used Tom's company in the past and will continue to use them and recommend them in the future.
