Water heater tank was starting to leak, called around, got prices, and called Sullivan for an estimate. He had a good match in stock for less money installed, and offered to install the next morning. He arrived on time, and was cleaned up and out in under 2 hours. He went over exactly what warranty coverage gets you on water heaters in general, and helped me make a reasonable compromise. No complaints, and very helpful.

had a misshap on the new bathroom tile with radiator, but they replaced the tiles. and corrected the problem. and yes i would use them again.

We've needed Sullivan's help twice so far this year, and both times (as in all the past times we've needed them) they were great. They do high quality work, they're very responsive and prompt, they're friendly and professional, and their prices are fair. We are happy to recommend them and plan to continue calling them whenever we need plumbing or HVAC work.

I have used this company in the past in my previous house and found them to be very satisfactory, with good communication and a fair price. When I was moving, I had them inspect the plumbing of my new home and was satisfied with their findings. I also had them estimate work on a shower drain in a gutted bathroom in the new home and they gave me a reasonable estimate. In the end, I did not use them but rather a contractor from the community where my new home was built who built the entire bathroom and took care of the shower drain at the same time. But I would use Sullivan plumbing again without hesitation. They are a good company.

I last used them around six weeks ago. I have used their services a couple of times. I had them in to replace a drainpipe in the house. What I like most about them is their quality of work.

These guys were great, they come out at the beginning of SANDY hitting by the time they finish with the front drain the wind and rain was pounding them. The front drain was loaded with stones from the last time the city did work on the street so they busted the butts to get it clean. they were there when they said they would be and didn't leave until the job was done. With all the rain that Sandy drop over 2 days it would have wound up dropping all that water in my basement if they didn't get the drain open.

It went well. Mike showed up and looked at the projects I needed completed. He got right to work. And he was finished everything within 3 hours. I was very impressed.

The whole experence was good.

He arrived in the time span that he told me he would come. The base of the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor which was an emergency. He took care of that promptly. I also asked for him to clear the drain in the tub as it was backing up. I also asked him to check out the water heater since there were times that I didn't get enough hot water to take a shower. Finally, he stopped the dripping in the kitchen sink.

In the process of remodeling a small 5 x 8 bathroom. Since my soldering skills are iffy I called Sullivan Plumbing for a estimate for a small plumbing job. I needed 3 shutoff valves ( sink and toilet ) removed and capped and needed new water lines run from under my shower pan which was already removed to a new shower valve in the shower stall. I already hadbought a new Delta valve to be installed. Tom arrived on time for a estimate and I accepted . He said he could do the work right now and he went right to work . It was a bit of a tricky job because he had to bend the water lines around a corner and everything worked out fine. I would definitely call Sullivan Plumbing for my next plumbing issue

Sullivan came on April 4th to evaluate and estimate the situation, and discovered that the repair to the leaking faucets in the bathtub would require special parts due to the age of the house and the fact that standards have changed over the decades since the house was built. He understood immediately what would be needed. He located the right parts and returned on the 6th. He replaced the bathtub spout, shower head, diverter valve, and faucet with new parts (including replacing the old-style faucets with washerless), and replaced the flange and stopper in the bathroom sink with new. Tom worked fast, and he cleaned up behind himself, leaving no grease, grime, or debris behind. Everything works perfectly.

I WAS EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE HALL TOILET(IT WOULD FLUSH ON ITS OWN) AND THE KITCHEN SINK WAS CLOGGED. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH SULLIVAN PLUMBING TO EXAMINE THE SITUATION. MIKE WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ACCESSED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THREE HOURS.

We had a sewer back-up into our basement. Called Thomas Sullivan (we used his services last year and were very pleased) on Friday morning (Friday before Easter). He called back Friday afternoon. When I explained what had happened, he said he would be out the next day. On Saturday he called about 10:30 am and said he would be out within an hour. He was here by 11:30 or so. He cleaned the pipe from the sidewalk to the street, and then from the sidewalk to the basement. It unclogged the main sewer pipe from our house into the street. We have used his services in the past, and he is always professional, on-time, and reasonably priced.

They were very professional, very informative as to the cause of the problems (old equipment which broke down) and how to go about replacing them. Showed me my options as to valve types but didn't try to sell me more expensive equipment than I needed.Very pleased and satisfied with their work.

There was a pin hole leak in what turned out to be the cold water pipe going to the upstairs. Unfortunately, the leak was somewhere in the stack as the dripping was happening in the basement. The approximate location was determined, minimal damage to the dry wall was a necessity, the leak was fixed, and with little water damage due to the now-expected responsiveness of Thomas Sullivan & Son. I have used them several times, mostly on an emergency basis and have been quite satisfied, I have recommended them to friends.
