All went well. Very nice person who made sure he knew what was wrong with a quick pre-call to assess what tools he might need. He understood my problem and completed task within 45 minutes. I have to stress the bolts were very tight and hand hacksaw and blade that I tried could not do the job. The provider brought an electric hacksaw that worked like a charm. I will use again for sure!

When I contacted the company through Angie's list because of their $49 off promotion. The reply came in the following week (I contacted them on a Friday and there was an email in my Angie's list box by Monday or Tuesday). It was a bit of a challenge to get initial phone contact as I played phone tag with their admin for about a week. Also, I did not realize I had to check my Angie's List inbox so there was an initial delay that was my fault. Still, from the time I made initial contact to the time the work was done was about three weeks, which would be problematic if my leak was more serious but, in my case, was not a huge setback. Though I had agreed with the admin that the service would occur on the 28th, I received a call two days early from the plumber himself (Tyrone) who happened to be in the area and wondered if he could come to do the job. This was fine, since it was around 9 AM and I didn't need to leave the house until 1230. However, after his initial assessment, he realized he did not have all the right parts and needed to go tot he hardware store. He managed to get the job completed at around 12:25. Close call due to loose scheduling. Otherwise, the job was completed very professionally. Tyrone took special care to put on cloth foot protectors to keep from bringing dirt into the house. He was very pleasant and easy to work with and I enjoyed meeting him. The person setting the schedule was not unkind to me, but she was not nearly as pleasant as the plumber and, I suspect the schedule issues were related to her. Overall, I was satisfied with the work. The ratings reflect the combination of my experiences with the plumber and the administrative person who did the scheduling. If it were just based on the plumbing all the ratings would be higher - particularly the responsiveness rating.

The work was timely performed and the seller was willing to complete the work at the price I thought I was quoted on my first call. There was a little confusion as to the price after the work was performed, but the provider handled this in a professional manner after considering my understanding and position -- this was greatly appreciated.

When replacing the ceiling fan he noticed that the old one was not secure and suggested installing a box to stabilize the new one. I agreed. When installing the track lights they didn't work. He called the manufacturer to straighten out the problem. He delayed payment until the problem is fixed. These guys are the greatest!!!!

I had a small leak under my kitchen sink which could have turned into a larger issue. I'm glad that he was able to identify that the new garbage disposal was installed too loose and that a screw had fallen out during its use. If I waited longer I could have ended up breaking it and spending a lot more money having it fixed. Overall the job was done timely he was on-time and even came out on a Sat morning before 8am.

I contacted the service company about a week before the stated service date but there was some confusion so nothing got done. This was my first attempt to use Angies List and I might have been partially responsible for the confusion. I spoke to Tisheba McCall and set a new date for Thursday, July 24 between 9am and noon. I waited until 1pm and no one showed up. This was the 2nd day that I missed a half days work and I can't afford to miss one half days work. So now I just want my $79.00 back and I'll look for an electrician somewhere else. Please try to shorten the refund time if possible, I need my money. Leon Mitchell

I agreed to replacing the disposal and having the connections redone. After a brief discussion, it was arranged that he would purchase the new disposal for me. Unfortunately, there was some confusion about the day he was scheduled, so he ended up getting there the next day. He got the work done in the amount of time he promised, everything works properly and looks good. He cleaned up after himself before leaving. My only complaint is that he spent a lot of time on his cell phone, and since I live in a typical South Philly row house, I had some difficulty not overhearing his conversations. Other than that, he was very professional and pleasant to work with.

A week ago they were supposed to do the work. The electrician came and told me that I did not have the right kind of lighting fixture that was necessary for one of the installations. We agreed for him to come back one week later after I got the right fixture. So he did the installation of both today. It went very well. They arrived when they said they would and were punctual. Their price was very good and they handled both jobs well.

After a bumpy start with communications it was resolved and the problems fixed very professionally. Asked to have the owner call me about future work but never received a call back.

It went very smooth and quickly. They worked around my work scheduled and even came out on a Saturday. Very helpful and got the job done right. I will be calling them in the future for any issues that might arise.

He came to my property at the time he said he would be there and unclogged the toilet. He was professional and insisted that I let him know if the problem came back.

Mr. Terran Mccalls came yesterday morning and did the job quickly and beautifully. We are happy with his work and his manner of work and hope to be able to work with him / T Mccalls Electric & Plumbing again in the future.

Prior to performing the work, the plumber accurately identified to location of the leaking pipe within the wall. Other plumbers suggested that the leak was elsewhere but the plumber from T McCall's was spot on. I brought the plumber from T McCall's back in to perform the plumbing work after the demolition and drying was completed and he was very knowledgeable and conscientious. While other plumbers attempted to up-sell to get more work out of me, T McCall's plumber provided a fair assessment of the problem. I would gladly work with T McCall's again.

Tyrone McCall came out to see what was involved in fixing my toilet. The handle to flush was broken off. I also needed a new spigot outside. The old one was broken and leaked. He came to my house, checked quickly what was needed, went out to buy the parts and was back the same afternoon and fixed both issues very quickly. He was very polite and professional.

For what would have taken me many more moments - in a moments time this simple plumbing task was finished. I appreciated the tarp that he brought in to cover my kitchen floor and the efficient way in which he accomplished his task. He was on time and on task. He cleared up the cost prior to commencing and answered my questions concerning the rate that I'd paid Angies List as well as the inclusion of the discount available.

Went really well. Were incredibly friendly and customer focused. Diagnosed the problems that needed fixed without cutting into the drywall at all. The came out on the 25th to diagnose the problem and came back on 27th to install a new water heater. They worked seamlessly with our home warranty company even though they weren't a preferred vendor.

Overall the work was done well as the electrical setup and plumbing installation for a new bathroom was done well for me to move to the next stage of this renovation.

They did a terrible job. I am not happy with them. They dirtied all over the place and messed up things. They charged $250. They were putting receptacles in the wall. It wasn?t flush and clean, but they put another box into it for two switches and they didn?t line it up with the existing box there. So, now instead of putting 3 switches on one box, we have a 2 box switch and 1 box switch separated by about 6 inches. They are also not in the same line. The boxes that they put in don?t recess completely into the wall properly. The cover plates that they put on it don?t stick properly on the top. It was dirty as well. They walked with their big boots all over the place stamping on carpets and things like that. They just made a mess.
