It was fine. They explained everything. I highly recommend them to others. I will hire them again for additional of electrical outlets.

Again nothing, but I know that I won't call this company again. There was no follow up call from this company to see if I was still having an issue or they could be of any service in the future...nothing. The person who took the call was a woman who sounded like she could care less.

Played phone tag with provider but once reached received decent service

We were providing this service for our 95 year old Aunt who lives a distance from our home. We arrived early in order to see that the area was easy to access for the Plumbing service to perform and execute their work. They arrived on time, efficiently and accurately performed the service. Help us explain, first hand, how to use the new washer to our elderly Aunt and were extremely courteous. The work was performed expertly and the cost was very reasonable. it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you for the excellent recommendation. Alex Schernecke

They came out within a week of purchasing the big deal. They went and checked it out right away and got a new replacement hot water heater. They got it in there pretty quickly, within a couple of days of calling them. What stood out the most about them was their timeliness. As far as using the deal, I don't think they actually applied the deal to the rate. They just quoted me what they called a discounted rate.

The team was very professional and advised me ahead of time what the estimated price would be with the Angie's deal before starting the work. He was teaching what appeared to be his apprentice what the issue was and how to fix it. It was very comforting to know that he knew exactly what he was talking about. Would definitely rely on them again in the future.

They were very professional and extremely prompt. They came on time and they stayed until they fixed everything. I would highly recommend them and referred them to another friend. They got the job done in about 5 hours. They left for a little bit to get all the tools they needed and brought back an assistant with him. They came back after hours to replace the garbage disposal.

The initial property that I had was outside of thier area and there would have been an additional travel fee. I then tried to move the service to another property in their service zone but we ran into a logistical and communication issue and I ended up having the service completed by another company.

I wasn't able to use the deal because they advised me they were out of the area.

They have never contacted me, though i emailed them. I just want the money refunded and get somebody else.

T. McCalls service was wonderful. They made me feel very comfortable having them in my home and they went about their business in a very professional way and took care of my leaky pipe in short order. I would recommend them to anyone that needs any type of plumbing service. They were professional and even though I am no expert I believe their pricing is very reasonable.

They were great. They were prompt and they responded too early in the morning. The interaction was good. The work was excellent.

Good. When I explained the problem initially I used the wrong terms so it took a little longer then normal so the electrician had to wait for parts but it wasn't a long wait. Once he had the outlets he was done in a few minutes.

I have used this company in the past and had some issues. They informed me that the deal would not cover all the costs needed to repair the work.

$275 It went well. He was very professional. He had a little trouble getting the right part but was able to replace it. I had broken part of the pipe below the sink.

First, I ordered 1 Big Deal via computer which was # 1501317 but for some reason it charged me for 3. The mistake of the additional charge I see as sometimes things happen, but after calling to schedule the service 4 times and no return call I no longer want to wait on this company. Was told that the Angie's list rep would call but nothing. I will pick another company from your list. So I would like the return of the entire amount of 147.00 which was withdrawn from my account on 9/11/2014.The "F" grade is for T. McCall's company, NOT Angie's list. Thank You in advance for your help.

After some, shall we say, miscommunication, we finally connected. Tyrone came out on a Saturday morning--I was told between 7 and 7:30, so I was ready by 7, and he showed up around 7:45, but he called when he was 15 minutes away--and took a look at 4 plumbing issues. The main thing he did was to get the heater working. That was great. I had just bought the house and had never actually used the heater, so that was important. He gave me some good advice on 2 other projects and a quote to fix another project. He charged me $120, of which I had already paid $49 through Angie's List, so I was left wondering what that $49 actually did for me. One thing I really liked was that Tyrone called me a few hours later to see if the heater was still working. I really appreciated that.

was told, we would get a call prior to the visit - did not (apologized for that) the outlets were replaced and the switch on the stairs were taken care of; however, the light in the kitchen was also fixed with the understanding that he would return to find out the problem if the issue continued. I called twice, he did not come out. The last time he mentioned doing something else which indicated that this would be an additional cost to do. The light in the kitchen still does not work. Before coming out it would not work when there was a storm, now it is no particular reason for the malfunction. Still waiting to see what is going to happen about this.

I purchased a Big Deal for $49 which was for a service call according to how the deal reads on Angie's List. The plumber came out and performed the service and now is saying he is going to bill me for an additional $140. He states that the deal is a credit of $49 towards the service call fee of $189. This is not how the deal reads on Angie's List and I don't feel like I should be responsible for any extra cost because of his mistake.
