Response from T Mccalls Electric and Plumbing
Ms. [member name removed], We are sorry that you feel that way, but initially we looked at the light fixture which you said works intermittently. That is when we noticed that the wire connections were taped up. We then repair the wire connections due to it being electrically unsafe and against the electrical code which could have been a fire hazard. We also advised you that the only way to totally repair the light fixture is to replace the old knob and tube wiring and install a new light fixture which you refused to have done. We at T. McCall’s Electric and Plumbing has tried to do everything we can to accommodate you. In our work, that is quality and persistent is what we take pride in. We serviced you on or about August 18, 2014 which you were then satisfied with. Also, you were informed about this very same issue on the above date. Our electricians practiced common courtesy to rectify the electrical hazard in regards to your safety until you were able to bring it to proper coding which was previously specified to you on that particular visit. Up to this date we have given quality service that you were pleased with which brought T. McCall’s Electric and Plumbing to service you for the third time. We are willing to cater to any issue that you may have. We value you as a customer, as well as we values our other customers.
