Description of Work: The plumber came in on time. He assessed the job and called me at work. He replaced a section of my hot water pipe in the basement He met me at work to receive payment after the job is complete. He was very good. I have some additional plumbing and electrical work that has to be done. I will be calling McCalls.

Description of Work: This was an Angie's list deal or should I say dud. We played phone tag trying to set up a time for them to come out and provide service. now the deal has expired. this is the second Angie's list dud I have purchased. The first one was not from McCall.

Description of Work: I spoke with the service provider after purchasing a deal and they informed me I was outside of there service area.

Description of Work: The work was great. The only problem I had was that after making the bid on the work, I had to wait three weeks for an appointment. The plumber was great though.

Description of Work: My trap was clogged. It was able to be fixed

Description of Work: Replaced two rubber gaskets for shower faucets.

Description of Work: They had to search to find a broken pipe in the bathroom which was hidden deep under the floor. They were hard working,professionals. They also respected the rugs and area so when they finished every thing was clean and they took all waste with them. This was my Mother's home and she is 80. She said let you know " they were all such nice young men who fixed her house".

Description of Work: Replaced electrical outlet in bathroom and replaced section of kitchen sink drain pipe. Everything went very well.

Description of Work: They installed outlets. They were very professional. They cleaned up the area when they were finish. The outlets look good. I would hire them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Mr. McCall came in and fixed our leaky pipe very efficiently. Usually there is always some kind of a problem or mishap with plumbers and contractors. Not this time. It was wonderful to have someone come in, do the job quickly and well, and depart without completely derailing my work day. Mr. McCall was also courteous and friendly.

Description of Work: The owner/repair person did not arrive at the originally scheduled time, calling later to reschedule. When he did arrive he answered exactly 6 cellphone calls during the time he was here, which made the time spent here longer than I anticipated. He indicated that he could not complete the work on repairs I needed during the original visit. He told me he would call me with an estimate of what the other needed repairs would cost. After nearly two weeks he called to tell me that the additional work would cost nearly $500.00.

Description of Work: They removed a leaky copper line and installed a new line with a new shutoff valve. Everything went well. No leaks were found.

Description of Work: Cleared a clog in my drain. Made a mess of the area.
