They did exactly what was agreed upon. I am confident if I had asked for more items, Mr. Poole would have completed those tasks as well. His kindness and professionalism was refreshing and authentic.

They were on time very professional. Did a cleaning of the house. which was good. They also cleaned the carpets. The equipment they use to clean carpets is the type you can rent in the supermarket. 24 hours after the rugs where cleaned they still look dirty in many of the areas. Mr. Poole was very nice he did arrive on time he did offer to help move some large items into a spare room. I would have him come out again to do the areas that still need more attention. But I do not see that making any difference with the carpet using the system he has. Everything else he did was fine. My kitchen cabinets look great and so does the floor that needed some TLC.

Ronnell was so lovely to work with. He and his team were timely and exceeded expectations. I will certainly use Ronnell s service again.

We were very pleased with the services provided by this company. They were efficient, took care with our items and did a very good job.

Were friendly and very flexible in meeting my needs. It was a post construction clean up and they did an excellent job. There were still electricians and painters working in the house, and they were very flexible about working around them. The only reason I'm giving 4.5 instead of 5 stars is that they did not come with the proper equipment to clean the basement. However, when we provided a shop vac and shovel, they were more than happy to do the work. In fact, I am so satisfied that when the dust settles in a few weeks I'm going to have them back again for a second cleaning.
