Mr Poole called me immediately and gave me a great estimate. Since I was in a hurry to get my carpets clean, he came the same day.

They were on time, they were professional and cleared spots off of my carpet accordingly. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

S Poole janitorial service was very accommodating and professional. We needed our furniture cleaned on short notice. He came to our house on Saturday when he does not usually work on Saturdays. He called to confirm the night before and again in the morning with a time of arrival. When we answered the door he identified himself and handed me a business card. The work was done professionally. He even assisted me with a new cleaning machine that I could not get to work properly. He is an old school businessman and a true gentleman. He aims to please the customer. I would highly recommend S. Poole Janitorial service to anyone. We will be using them again in the future.

Amazing service. Ronnell was professional, kind, and courteous. He arrived on time, and was extremely pleasant. The job itself was tremendous. My couch looks brand new and smells fresh. The rug looks a completely different color. My whole house smells better. If you’re thinking about this service… go for it.

Ronnell called me and gave me a quote to clean my two loveseats, and he was able to come out the very next day. We had a snow storm in the morning and I thought he was going to cancel on me but he didn’t he just told me he would be a few min late and gave me a time and he was here by that time. He came in did the work and explained to me everything that he was going to do. He even told me the other areas of his job that he does. I will definitely be using him again in the future for other stuff in my home. He was so professional I even left the door open for him and he still waited for me to come open it. Great guy, great service. I’m very pleased.

Whatever household cleaner they used was not properly rinsed out, so there were hard spots from the cleaner that they use when it is dried

I hired this company for a move in job since my landlord did a terrible job cleaning for my arrival...Not only did the owner come to personally do the first job with his workers, but they called when near - arrived promptly - knocked out everything under the estimated time - made suggestions to bring up to the landlord for things to get fixed. I loved every moment being around them; cheerful, personable, and professional. Would recommend this fantastic company for anyone looking to have a thorough clean for a respectable price. I surely will be in touch with them for future cleans!

They were prompt, very friendly and polite and had a lot of work to do in my house. They willingly came back a second time to clean areas that had not been cleaned the first time. However, even after the second time, I found areas that had not been cleaned or had not been cleaned to my satisfaction. I believe there was a miscommunication between us as to just how deep a cleaning I had expected and what they were agreeing to do.
