Plumber arrived on time and worked efficiently and did a great cleanup after he finished. I consider his price to be reasonable.

Very organized and timely. The expertise between the plumbers and the tile man were apparant and with a one bathroom house, tardiness would not have been an option. The work started Tuesday and finished by Thursday. Very pleased and would hightly recommend this company (as well as the tile man).

Pileggi & Sons did a great job replacing our water heater. Our water heater failed at 4am in the morning and we had no hot water for morning showers (what a drag). Apparantly, the water heater was installed by Pileggi & Sons so I thought I'd give them a call to see if they could help with the warranty replacement of the unit (...it was only 5 1/2 years old). I left a message with Pileggi at 8am in the morning and Frank called back by 10am, inspected the unit before 11am and finished the installation by 2pm. Frank expertly installed the new unit and did a great job cleaning the arear around the water heater. He explained the tenants of warranty replacement (i.e., parts are covered, labor isn't), explained the details of work performed as well as features of the new unit after which, he hauled off the old unit!

Very satisfactory and reliable. Not cheap but have not compared charges with other plumbers. I have used him for many years.

He arrived when he said he would and always has, checked out existing pump but it didn't work. installed new pump which seems fine. He has done plumbing for me for quite awhile of a variety of jobs , have not checked his prices with others. He is not inexpensive but I think he is fair and does all the work well. I would say he is quite reliable.

He’s very good, he fixes everything nicely and he doesn’t make a mess. I was very pleased with his service. He tells me exactly what is wrong; he would give me a price and let me decide if I have to do the job. He’s a little expensive but his quality is good. When I call him he comes the same day and on time. I would use him again in the future.

They are worth every dime. They are punctual, fast and accurate and very careful of your house. I used another plunber once who was at my house at the time for an unrelated repair and regretted it. Pileggi's work never requires them to come back. It's done right the first time and every time. Also, they get into the tinest, cramped spots, without complaint or obvious discomfort. If they are more expensive in the short run, I don't know because their price always seemed fair to me. If they are more expensive, they are worth it for the peace of mind they leave behind, which is priceless to me. You generally have to leave a message, but they always get back to you quickly. I have used them for general plumbing inside and outside, burst pipes in the winter, replace bathroom plumbing twice (two different residences), replace kitchen sink plumbing and water heater repair and replacement.

They did very well. We have used them many times. The fee's are satisfactory and he always does good work.

They were very prompt. They explained everything well. They advised me what parts to get. Whenever they made a mistake they fixed it with no charge. They were great. I thought it was a little to expensive. They were helpful. They did good work.

He was very good. He was very prompt and courteous. He couldn't make it on the originally scheduled day because of the weather, but called to let me know, which I completely understood. I will definitely use again.

My experience was really good. I had interviewed a lot of plumbers and they were the best. They were professional, easy to deal with and prompt. I would recommend them to anyone. Great company to deal with!

Very professional staff. Provided quote quickly. Completed work well and in a timely manner. Replaced a damaged pipe with no additional labor costs. Left work area neat.
