I tried to clear kitchen sink clog with plunging and hand snake but could not & realized traps & drain pipes were corroded and needed to be replaced. Pileggi was able to provided same day service. Arrived on time and made their recommendations which were explained and all questions were answered. Job was completed as agreed. My wife was happy to have her kitchen sink back quickly.

Very well, extremely pleasant. Frank showed me some of the issues as he did the work. He was fast and obviously knew what he was doing. He was neat and cleaned up after the repair.

Frank called me back promptly and scheduled an appointment that worked for my schedule. He told me he might be delayed if he received an emergency call on the morning of our appointment but promised to let me know that morning. He did call on the morning of the appointment and let me know he had an emergency call to address but gave me a revised time. He showed up when he said he would and did the job efficiently, quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Frank.

Frank Pileggi responds promptly when you leave a voicemail. They removed and trashed my old bathroom vanity and 2 sinks. They ran PVC pipe for the drains and used PEX tubing for the hot and cold water lines with many joints; also installed shutoffs so I can isolate the bathroom and laundry room together in the future; these rooms are not far away from each other. They did the work with minimal damage to my bathroom and were careful about that. They replaced all the pipes from under the floor, through the basement ceiling, which was relatively open; they only made 2 square holes in the crappy fiberboard ceiling. I found and swept small bits of solder and wood around in the basement for a few days afterwards. Frank got a tiny bit edgy, but usually and overall is very nice and does great work. It was a big expense for me, but I'm hopeful that I'll never have to do that again!! Frank came back a few days later, after the tile work was done, to install a temporary vanity for me to use and also to install my new toilet. All the employees that I dealt with were polite and courteous.

They are fantastic. They get the job done. They're mannerisms and communication are both great as well. They're PERFECT!

Truthfully anything I need done in the way of plumbing they've done it. They also have been doing a neighbors longer than mine. They recommended them to me.

He furnished and installed shut off valve and faucet with all necessary piping.

The installation of the hot water heater was done in the same neat and professional way as all the work Pileggi has done for me over the past 25 years.

I had a clogged outside drain. We didn't know where the pipe went. Pileggi had another contractor come in with a camera to trace/find the drain. He couldn't find it. $400. wasted! We found it by just digging around the drain pipe. The pipe needed to be replaced which he did, but in so doing his crew filled in the French drain. The next rain gave me 5 inches of water in my finished basement. When I called Pileggi and asked what he did he was nonchalant about it. I was very annoyed with his answers and attitude. In the end it cost another $3600. for corrective work done by another contractor. I sent an itemized letter to Pileggi and said his work was the cause of the additional expense. He said I could have called him "he would have charged me more". I have nothing good to say about his work. He is totally unprofessional.

I can't express enough how happy my wife and I were with the work that Frank Pileggi did in our powder room. We have finally found a plumber who we are completely satisfied with. Frank had to visit us on a few occasions because we were having our entire basement remodeled and it was necessary for Frank to remove the existing toilet and sink in order for the new floor to be installed. He then returned to install the new fixtures. I would describe Frank as being punctual, very professional and knowledgeable. During his initial visit Frank made a few suggestions that helped to enhance our project. At his suggestion, we had him install a new type shut off valve that works much better than our old one. I can honestly say that Frank is truely concerned with customer satisfaction. All of our friends and neighbors have also commented on how nice the job turned out. I normally don't make recommendations but in this case I have no problem giving Frank's name out to my friends and relatives...which I've already done. If there was any way I could give him a rating higher than "A" I would. I will definitely be contacting Frank for all my future plumbing needs.

.Everything went smoothly, they called me back quickly, arrived quickly, I thought he was coming out to see what needed to be done and I would be placed on their schedule, but after telling me what he thought was going wrong and the related costs for the work, it was done right away. While the news wasn't all bad, it wasn't all good either, and I now know I need to have the bathroom floor replaced, he stated that he works with another company for the flooring construction, and that the whole process wouldn't take too long in tying up the only bathroom in our small NE Phila. Row-home. Once funds are found to proceed with this work I will be calling R E Pillegi & Sons to do this work. Very friendly gentleman that puts the information in a way that the lay person can understand.

Came out gave me an estimate and a date he could come back and do the work. Showed up when they said they would. Did the work, cleaned up after themselves exactly the way they said it would go. There was a leaky bushing on a gas line, they fixed it too and that wasn't part of the bid. They dug the trench and filled it back in without getting dirt all over the gravel we had out in the area. everthing was good.

I found Frank to be very knowledgable and professional. I would definitelyuse them again.

I have used R.E. Pileggi & Sons Plumbing for many years. They are always considerate, ultra-reliable, professional, and efficient. They go far above what is required for the job. Frank fixed the kitchen faucet; then while he was here I asked him about my thermostat, which was falling off the wall. He fixed it for free! Frank and Rudy are the kindest people imaginable, totally honest, trustworthy and dependable. It is hard to find a good plumber, and they are wonderful.

Everything was done very satisfactorily. Clean up was thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to use their service again. I had used them in the past and was satisfied then, as well.

The people who told me "Oh, you don't need a plumber for that" could not have been more wrong. Pileggi came immediately and did not do what my "advisors" told me had to be done. They did what they thought was best and did it quickly and cleanly. They replaced brass parts and got a crumbling pipe unplugged without chemicals. The also gave me a new faucet for free because it had a scratch on it somewhere, which they said they would not sell to a customer. (I can't find the scratch. Looks perfect to me, but who am I to argue with free?) My recommendation, if you are reading this, is not to waste time with getting estimates from everybody's brother. Go with Pillegi and you will go with the best and never look back.

My garbage disposal started to rust out. I called R.E. Pileggi, they came out in 2 days and replaced the garbage disposal. They brought the new one with them and cleaned up afterward. I didn't have to do anything. Frank was polite and curteous and did a great job.
