Description of Work: Master bath and small powder room. |I have used Chobert for 20+ years, and all my outside painting (soffit, trim, shutters, |door) has always been done by him. He is very expensive, but there is never a mistake- no spills, no mess -just a great job every time. Everything is done perfectly.

Description of Work: Mike and his team were very professional and went beyond what I had expected when the scope of the job changed. (He found a damp wall, which he patched). And didn't try to tack money on to the quote. If you need a quick working, quality team. They're the ones for you. Simple and efficient. Even matched colors I preferred for no extra charge.

Description of Work: I've used them twice for exterior work and plan to have then back for interior. They scraped, patched, spot primed and painted exterior trim on 3 story row house did an excellent job, start to finish in one day. Had them back to do same on rear, which included some extensive repair and replacement of rotted trim and sills. Again, they did excellent work ..two days, yard was clean and garden areas I damaged. Highly recommend them.

 + 1 moreMike Chobert came and gave me an estimate on the spot, which he followed up with a written estimate, which later was adjusted for the cost of paint I purchased. He juggled his schedule to fit in my work by the time I needed it done, and arrived promptly at the designated time and date. He personally supervised the work and assigned appropriate workmen in sequence as needed. All floors and surfaces in the work areas were appropriately covered and carefully cleaned when the job was done. His crew worked hard and consistently; full days, with few breaks. No loud radios were played! Everyone was pleasant to work with, and minor imperfections in the edge painting were corrected cheerfully at the end of the job. The work was finished ahead of schedule, and the final job looks really nice.
Description of Work: Wallpaper was removed and walls washed before painting. Drywall damaged by roof leaks was removed, replaced, and re-taped and plastered. Minor defects (nail pops and picture hanger holes) were corrected. All wood surfaces were sanded before painting. Walls, ceiling, and trim were painted mostly in one color but two walls were in accent color.

 + -1 moreOver three days 2-4 workers appeared at 8:30 am, took a half hour break at noon and worked until about 4:30. For two days they skim-coated heavily damaged walls and ceilings to look almost newly sheet-rocked! Then on the third day a larger crew came in to finish the painting and they were out of here by 3 pm. They covered everything professionally, removed cabinets in the kitchen, and Bob and Frank generally worked their butts off. I had the house done in time for Christmas and that was the biggest present for me.
Description of Work: Skim-coated and painted walls, ceilings and woodwork. Entire first floor, stairway and upper hall.
