Description of Work: He stood me up 3 appointments in a row. Every time he was a no-show. After the first two no-shows, I had to call him to get an explanation. Twice I accepted his apology and gave him another chance to rescheduled. Even the owner Bernie (I think) assured me he would be there himself on the 2nd and 3rd visit and even he stood me up, with no call or explanation the 3rd time. After 3 attempts I gave up and used "Docs" which I just reviewed positively.

 + -1 moreI have had 2 dealings with them over the past 6 to 7 months and I have been very pleased with them. I was happy with the price, product and their service. They were fast, clean, responsive, professional and extremely knowledgeable in the experiences that I had with them. I have already recommended them to a few friends.
Description of Work: I used My Plumber for plumbing works sometime in middle of April. They fixed my Heating system and the drain problem that I had at my house.

drain cleaning
 + -1 moreThey spent about 5 hrs doing the job if not longer..but had 3 different jobs to perform..they did a great job..cleaned up very nicely afterwards and both are very personable and professional. Michael also helped cut off some locks on our basement window and adjusted the shower head tigher at no extra charge. For the most part i think the price was as good if not better than some other plumbers i have used in the area. See Above review and revision.
Description of Work: Bernie and Michael did various work..i had a tub that kept clogging up and went in and replaced parts..aslo he put a vent to the outside in the basement for the dryer and lastly he intalled a faucet outside my front in the brickwork. I am revsing this report to reflect that the work was done with the TUB repair..but have had problems with it ever since it was installed..called time after time and although they say they will come and then time after time i sit and wait and no Bernie or Michael. At first i did like them and thought i got good service..but they are very un reliable and maybe somewhat overpriced too in light of repairs by other plumbers i've since had here.

 + 0 moreI wanted to see how well they did the first job before I hired them again. I paid them by check and they left and let me know they would be back in touch within a few days. They didn't end up contacting me again. Cap was a simple job and put mortar around it. Looked down in the line and make sure that the water was properly going through the sewer line. It took about a week's time to receive the receipt through the mail.
Description of Work: I had bought a cast-iron cap for the sidewalk sewer line that was missing for them to install. I also wanted them to look at other items that needed to be completed in the near future, one of which was clearing a sink and bathroom drain; also, putting on a new toilet seat.

 + -1 moreWe were happy with their approach and their expertise. An extra was their thoughtfulness in bringing shoe covers to protect our floors and carpets. A reasonable charge and very nice people - we will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: We had a flooded area in our basement that seemed to indicate a drainage problem.My Plumber (Bernie and Mike) came very quickly after my call and were professional and efficient in finding the problem and fixing it.
