Description of Work: Did not complete service as described. Charged more because of sloped roof (angie's called them before to ensure they would do the service). but did less than described. And, it took multiple attempts & no shows before someone actually kept the appointment.

Description of Work: I got one of those Angies list deals. The roof was inspected as I had recent water intrusion. Since this company came out and fixed the problem...and despite all the rain we had...no more leaking!

Description of Work: They placed a new rubber roof with a 15 year warranty. Very professional. They showed me before and after pics. Also, wonderful communication and follow up. They didn't pressure me about the final invoice. I had to stalk them to pay.

Description of Work: The package was to inspect the roof, make some minor adjustments as needed, provide a report and recommendation. They were on the roof for all of 15 minutes, stated we needed a new roof, did not mention anything about any adjustments made, said we would receive a quote and a report. (still waiting). |This was a waste of $100. I didn't expect a new roof or anything, but I did expect a follow up, quote, report and a listing of what they did. None of that was received. Lesson learned.

Description of Work: Looked at the roof and said need new roof look in crawl space from entry but no further. They were not able to see the side the leak was from from there but didn't go any further.

Description of Work: Bought this deal for roof maintenance package from Angies. After a few reschedules, 2 people finally showed up. They asked for the issue with the roof and I told them, there is a loose shingle and I also wanted them to inspect the roof and do necessary things (as outlined in the package). The inspection was done in less than 10 minutes - 2 missing shingles identified (one that came off and was loose, 2nd one was missing) and I was told everything else is fine. The loose and missing shingles were fixed. | |I think this package is worth its value if there are minor issues with the roof that needs attention.

Description of Work: Initially had a problem with one of their workers ... he scheduled my roof repair 3 times and didn't show up. The owners stepped in and got the job done.

Description of Work: Gave me a call, asking when can he come over and do the job, I asked: don't u suppose to come and look at thing to see what your proposal first, Or give me an exact cost. He said-No. He will come and do the job. And I insisted to ask to come first because I know what he would do is not what I expect. So... I end up not using his company, because if he come I dont want to spend half day to just discuss with him.
