It was good and it was not leaking. Provided excellent service.

Initially it was great and it looked like they did a fine job. A couple of years later I found they did not replace the lining and I found old tar up there. There is a valley between my roof and an adjacent house and this is where the problem is. As a result, I am now having leaks. I have called the company and they said they have bought out Roof Pro and they are not honoring any warranties.

A few months after they replaced the roof, we experienced leaks. We thought we might need the rest of our roof replaced. Multiple contractors concluded that the problem was the Mr Roof Pro job. It did not conform to standards, and it was causing leaks. Multiple contractors were surprised at how unprofessional the job was. When we contacted Mr Roof Pro about their 15 year guarantee (6 months after they did the job), they didn't return our calls.

First, they did not show as scheduled. Had to call a few times. When they did the work, the roof still leaked. They said they don't guarantee their work but they would come back. They haven't. Also, had them patch some small holes in the shingles. They used something that shines so you can see the spots. They said the spots would fade in a few months so they would no longer shine. They haven't.

They were unresponsive. I sent the multiple emails, I left them multiple voice mails, they never called me back, they never showed up, they never did the work. Extremely unprofessional.

It was fine. They said that thing didn't cover what I wanted to do. They said I have to pay some additional money. I didn't do the additional work.

Paid in advance and selected dates available as per Angies List special. Contractor never called after purchase. I called them after a week and they claimed they were having email problems with Angies list. Scheduled appt with provider directly. Morning of appt, repairman called and left message they would not be coming. They didn't follow up to reschedule, I again had to call them to reschedule. Contractor called day of and asked to come out earlier. I agreed. Spent approx 20 min hammering on exposed nails on roof. Said he didn't see anywhere leak could be so maybe it may be from exposed nails. 2 weeks later, leak is not fixed.

Kevin was on time. He was very professional. He explained what he was going to do as part of the review. We needed some caulking around a vent pipe and below the skylight. Rest of roof was in good shape. There are some minor spots on siding that need attention, however, Kevin was hesitant about tapping nails into siding so nothing was done. Kevin indicated that he will send us an estimate to fix the siding and give us a price on replacing rubber caps on vent pipes that will need to be replaced sometime in the future. Note: There was an issue about scheduling an appointment through Angie's List. Since I did not get a response regarding my requested appointment time, I called the company directly. The company indicated that the reservation through the website does not work and customers need to call directly.

Mr. Roof Pro had a promotion which my roof did not qualify but all i needed was a single shingle to be replaced. They managed to accommodate the small job and got the job done. the only one negative was they could have matched the shingle a little better but i am still happy.

They came out, gave us an approximate start date and the price above. They came 2 days after the est. start day with a 2 man crew and did the work in one day causing no disruption to our day. One of the crew showed me pictures of their repair which looks great. One of the owners came by to get the check and make sure that all had gone well We are very satisfied with their work, would recommend them to anyone needing roof work. We would definitely use them again.

Everything that I paid for that I thought was going on, I saw the man going up on the roof with a small roof and then he came back down and there is no way that he did anything. I told them this last week that I don't think he did anything. She asked why I did not complain and I said because I wanted them to do some more work. She said that whoever was working before was not working anymore. It was horrible, they didn't do anything. There was tiny little repairs and they didn't do anything. I felt that I was taken advantage of, maybe because I am a woman. I even have a 3rd floor, and they didn't talk to me about anything. He didn't say I need this or I need that. I know I do because I had some leakage. I think I am going to pay for it again because they are telling me the manager can come out. They cancelled a lot because of the weather. The price was a good price.

It worked out fine. Obviously the price ended up being more just because I had a larger square footage area. He was flexible with timing. We were able to get it done pretty quickly. He did use sub-contractors but it wasn't a problem. He was here a couple of times to check up on things and I had a chance to speak directly a number of times so overall I was happy. It took us a while to touch base in the beginning because of my own schedule.

That one was super late. I didn't pay anything extra. They could have communicated better with me. I wasn't sure of what they did. They didn't give me a report.

It turned out great, I would recommend him again, I was fine with it.

This interaction was frustrating from the beginning. I bought an AL package and heard from them promptly. I was traveling internationally and couldn't call, and they wouldn't respond to the AL messages in a timely way. Finally we scheduled an appointment (much later than the initial contact), and I took a day off work. They never showed or called. I said I was going to leave a negative review, and they messaged again to say that they had an emergency job (they didn't explain why they couldn't call to let me know). They offered to reschedule and do the service for free, which I accepted. We rescheduled for this morning for them to arrive between 8:30 and 9:30. They never showed or called. I have now had to take even more time off work, all for nothing. Not sure what the quality of their work actually is, but their professionalism leaves much to be desired.

Arrived on time, very friendly, and did a great job. Also let me know if something didn't work out, he would definitely come back. The work was done so well it held up through several storms. Would definitely use them again.

After an initially poor experience, Mr. Roof responded to my review and performed a full refund / offered a free gutter cleaning. Sometimes things don't work out, but taking the time to make them right is important. Thanks for being professional.

I was very satisfied, I dont know much about roofing but I can tell these guys did, they got right to work and did a pretty d*** good job. I would definitely use them again for any roofing issues.

It was okay. It wasn't anything great but it was okay. Part of what they did for me was they inserted some rain spouts.What they didn't do was, they didn't clean up the nails that they took out and they were in my drive way. Thankfully, we found one and I was able to go around with one of those magnetic things that I did have here just to clean up the rest. The price was fine. I don't have a problem with the price. The responsiveness was good.

While scheduling was challenging, when the work was finally done, he did a great job and even a little extra. He was professional and got right to work when he arrived.

I booked him during the Pope's visit and getting around Philadelphia was a challenge. He was very nice and rescheduled his visit.

This was a $99 big deal purchase. I had to talk to him to come in and look at the roof from the inside. He was ready to leave. I am not sure that he did that much of a repair. I wanted someone to take a look at the roof so at least I got that. They were here for 15 minutes. I guess $100 for 15 minutes is pretty good for them. It was pretty hard for me to know what they were doing up on the roof. I told them what I would like done. They came when they said they were and came within the time range that they gave me.

He never did any work, he called on phone once and left a message ,l called back twice , and got no answer.
