I noticed that it was dripping in water by the chimney down into my attic when it rained. As every time there is a major house issue, I go through the thought process of: 1) I need to get someone to fix this and 2) He may try to rip me off and point out issues that doesn?t exist. After reading a couple of reviews on Angie?s list I decided to call Mr. Roof Pro. I scheduled for the next day (my request, as I believe they would have come the same day if I wanted) and they were on time (even a little early). After looking inside at the leak, he went outside to go up on the roof to inspect the chimney. About 5-10 minutes later he comes down and tells me its just some caulk that had worn down and he just needed to re-caulk the area. He spends 10 minutes fixing the leak and only asks for $25 as he was already up there and could just fix it real quick so no need to pay his regular retainer. Obviously my fear of getting ripped off was unwarranted when dealing with Mr. Roof Pro and I will call them for any future roofing issues as I know they will be honest and fair in the work.

Very professional. Noted what needs to be done next year and gave quote. Sealed edges of roof that were attracting moisture.

I asked him about the guarantee and he said "I never give guarantees." So as far as I'm concerned I am not going to hire him. Then someone came the following day and they suddenly said that they will give a guarantee but I definitely decided not to hire them anymore. They came a little bit late and gave me a long explanation on the amount of work that was involved. Of course, I did not give them an answer. I don't want to hold this against them but this is my experience. They were polite and spent a lot of time. I guess, we have to give them credit for being honest for not giving a guarantee.

It went very well - better than any other roofer we've ever used on this house or another. Mr. Roof Pro guys were polite and cheerful. They listened to our questions and answered thoroughly. They worked tirelessly. They came on time and on the date they promised. They cleaned up the site and removed all the junk. They carefully covered all the plants and fencing around the perimeter of the house, so that nothing coming off the roof would cause damage down below. Whatever it took to get us a new, safe, solid roof, they did. In the past, we had used two of the most prominent roofers in the Philadelphia area, the ones that claim to be the experts in old houses like ours. Neither of them measured up to the workmanship or reliability of Mr. Roof Pro LLC. Mr. Roof Pro stands by his work, goes the extra distance, and does it all with a great attitude. He's our go-to roofer, for sure, from now on.

I bought the deal on Oct 12 I gave him some dates and gave him the address where the work was to be done and my phone #s. He wrote on Oct 15 saying he would contact me later that day. I never heard from him. I waited until Oct 27 and wrote to him asking when we could set up an appointment. He wrote that he was very busy and someone would come out the next day if that was good with me. I read the message on Oct 29 and said the afternoon would be good. I didn't hear back from him until Oct 31, he called me to tell me that they'd gone to look at the roof and it probably needed replacing. I wasn't there. I had specific questions and concerns about certain areas of the roof but since they didn't set up an appointment with me I couldn't get answers to my questions. He said he'd call me on Monday Nov 3 with the 'full report' and I never heard from him. I did not get the service I paid for. He never even set up a mutually agreed upon appointment!

Descriptions says up to 800 SF of roof coating. Vendor wanted to charge for an additional kitchen roof while still well under the advertised maximum square footage. Also had issues getting schedule set for work. Offered handful of available dates on several occasions (via secure message) with no responses timely enough to make it work. Here's the Deal: $400 for up to 800 square feet of aluminum fiber roof coating and includes reconditioning with roof cement and fabric where needed and resealing all penetrations.

I submitted three different days that I would be available to have this service completed. I did not get confirmation on any of my preferred dates. He emailed me on the 27th of October and stated that he would be out the following day to do the service. This is not one of the days that I had chosen. I never heard from them so I contacted them on November 1st and asked if they had been out to my house. He replied on that same day and stated that they had already been out on the 28th of October and had finished the coating. Again, this was not one of my preferred dates. I have no idea if they had actually been out to do this service. I asked him about a receipt, warranty or proof that they had actually been out because my neightbors advised that they did not see anyone doing any repairs or services to my roof. He stated that he would drop it off to me and that they should have left a card in the door. I emailed him again on November 2 advising that I needed a receipt and warranty and have not heard back from them.

They did a good job and saw area that needed to have additional wood applied and they did it and the price was fair

Fred did a fantastic job! We called and he was at our home within 1 hour. Looked at our leak problem and fixed it right then and there. He also called a few days later to make sure we were happy with the job. We can't say enough about his professionalism and timely response!

He did not perform any work for us because the leak was not coming from our roof. However, his suggestion did solve our leak issue.

Fred and his crew were excellent. Fred always kept my husband and me informed as to what was going on. The crew was friendly and they always cleaned up every day as best they could. I now have the best looking roof in the neighborhood and no more leaks! I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Roof Pro.

I spoke with him on the phone and he said he would take a look at satelite photos of the roof and get back with me the same day with the quote. I never heard back from him, which is completely unprofessional.

My roof was actively leaking into two second floor bedrooms so I called Fred asking if he could fit me in asap. He responded to assess my roof the same day and scheduled the work for the beginning of the following week. Unfortunately, all the winter weather (snow snow snow!) pushed the project back several times. Fred was very good about trying to fit me in as soon as he could when the weather looked as if it might cooperate. They ended up doing the flat roof one day (which was leaking most severely) and the shingled portion about a month later. I am certain that had the winter weather not been so persistent, the job would have been done in a day or two and on schedule. Fred seemed very understanding and responsive all around. Price was reasonable. Workers were polite. Would recommend to others.

Fred was very professional. He and his partner did an excellent job!!!! I am very happy with the way my house looks.

Mr Roof Pro is the best! Fred always showed up on time and ready to work! He kept great contact with us and kept my wife and I informed of what was going on. Fred also took off his shoes before entering my home even after I insisted it was not necessary. His estimate was very fair and affordable and he did not go above it at all. I had to go to work so I paid him the final installment prior to the work being 100% complete, He and his team worked non stop till the work was done that day. I have a huge home in NJ and he installed new Soffit and fascia trim all around in 4 days! He is very honest and hard working and the quality of work is superb and beyond my expectation. Fred, the owner of Mr. Roof Pro and the provider of the services was great to work with. First he came out to look at my older skylight in my bathroom and gave an estimate for the cost of a new one and the cost of labor. After leaving my house and checking the different prices of the skylights that would fit in my bathroom, he realized there were a few that were cheaper than the price he originally quoted me. I was very impressed and thankful for his honesty. It seems rare today that people are genuinly trustworthy. The date that we agreed on to install the new skylight was over 95 degrees, so I called Fred and told him if he wanted to reschedule it wouldn't be a problem. He insisted on going forward as planned and worked through the heat to finish the installation as well as cleaning the roof. When Fred was finished, I asked if he had a minute to look at a leak in my kitchen. I have had a few different people come out to look at the leak, which is only problematic when it rains, but none were able to successfully identify the problem. He checked out the leak on the ceiling and concluded the problem was with the siding outside of my deck door. Since he went the exta mile to assess, diagnose, and fix the siding, we haven't had a problem with the leak since. Overall, my experience with Mr. Roof Pro was extremely positive, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, trustworthy roofer.
