Mr. Roof Pro llc

The experience was pretty good. They didn't come the day they initially reported they would, but communicated with me. I happened to be home when they arrived, which was unplanned. Very pleasant people. Sociable, but still got down to business. They didn't try to upsell me on anything.

Not only has the work never been done, but they have no-called and no showed three times! I had to call them two separate times to try to reschedule. The first time, I was told that the person was sick, but the other three times, no one called and no one showed. By the fourth reschedule, no call, no show, and now I just want a refund and look for another company.

Fred from Mr Roof Pro was professional, polite and quick to get back to me. His was the best quote, but we ultimately went with the other quote because they had returned my phone-call the day I initially made my first calls for someone to come repair our leaking roof.

Steve contacted me 2 days after I requested the service. After hearing what I wanted done, he arranged to come out the next day. He was very pleasant and professional. He told me that my roof is in good shape and he suggested that I have it "reconditioned" next year at this time. He also took pictures of the roof and showed them to me. I am quite satisfied with this company so far, and I will probably arrange for them to come out again next year.

They were here with their men and got started right away. It was hectic that day, no fault of their own, because we had Goodman Plumbing there to take care of a busted pipe from outside and they had to drilled up the concrete out their, but it was managed chaos. The people at Mr. Roof Pro were efficient and did a good job. The only thing was that we had a satellite dish on the roof and we lost our signal. When the satellite looked on the roof to see why they told us that our dish was removed from his original position. But we figure that they had to remove the dish to complete the roof and did not know exactly the position it was in. But that is ok. because we have a new roof.

I spoke with Steve from the organization on 3 different occasions. Steve is a very nice person but my experience with the company showed a lack of professionalism. My first conversation was promising but it went down hill from there. The first appointment we set up, no one showed up and no one contacted me for a few days. I reached out to them and was told there was a mix up between 3 people at the company and they all thought the other had gone to the property to give an estimate. We set a new date with a promise Steve would be there by a specific time. Again we waited and no one showed up. I have not heard from them since. I tried contacting them and got a message indicating the person I was trying to reach, which was Steve, could not be reached at that number. I'm not sure what happened and am very surprised at the response level since the initial contact went so well. I have not had very much success with contractors for the past year or so. I'm getting the impression no one wants to work. Some of them don't bother to call or don't bother to show up for appointments. This has happened twice and MrRoofPro made the 3rd time. Does anyone know a good reliable roofer in the Delaware Country area?

Mr Roof Pro was great with customer contact customer service and professionalism. They came out to assess the damage to my roof as I was having leaks in my bedroom. They came out showed me pictures of the roof and informed me that eventually I would need a new roof but for now a patch would suffice. I asked questions regarding what type of roof was needed Aluminum, rubber etc.. they told me a rubber roof would suffice and I was provided a good quote for the new roof. Although they just patched up the roof I will definitely be contacting them regarding the new roof.

It went very good and informative. The person came to my home name was Steve. He was friendly and made us feel at ease. I like the fact he took pictures and showed them to me. He was very nice and patient with me and my mother. He explained each step that was being done and what we will need to do for the future with the roof. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Fred was personalble, did what he said he would do, advised me about a gutter problem I asked him about, and returned the $100 surcharge for a 4 story house because he didn't feel he needed to do anything. I am giving him a "B: in responsiveness only because it took a little while to get in touch. He remedied that immediately and took the job himself. I will definitely call him for an estimate when our roof needs to be replaced in a year or so.

It went very well after we talked on the phone he came directly over to my home. Then went right to work and told me what else I needed.

After purchasing roof maintenance package, they were able to come out the next day after being contacted. Steve was already on caulking and inspecting the roof before I got home. Once he finished, he thoroughly explained what he found and what he had done while on the roof. My wife and I were concerned about a small leak in our upstairs bedroom ceiling. Talking to Steve about it, he showed me the area he thought it may have come from due to areas that the caulk no longer adhered to. We thought worst case scenario prior to him showing up (new roof!), but he quickly assured me it was in great shape at 17 years old. He said whoever did it did a great job as it was solid. He easily could've told me a bunch of things that needed to be done to make more profit, but didn't! The job was done in about 1/2 hour - 45 minutes. Steve was very cordial and professional throughout the whole job. Would certainly hire again.

Mr Roof Pro did a great job on my home in South Philly. They came in at my budget and when they ran into a problem with the project, they called me, told me the issue and resolved it at no extra charge! Thanks guys! Great Job!

We played a bit of phone tag, but understandable since we're both busy people. When we connected Fred made an appointment a few days after we talked and showed up at the time scheduled. He inspected the roof, caulked some areas and looked at an area near a gutter that was leaking when it rained heavily and took some pictures to show me the areas I asked him to pay attention to. Overall the process took about 30 minutes and he identified the issue with the gutter that 3 other people couldn't solve. A positive experience, and honestly it was a $99.00 service call to inspect a roof I have no intention of ever walking on. Clearly for this money he wasn't going to fix any major damage. I would certainly use Fred again if I had any roof issues or needed a quote for a new roof.....where he told me my roof is good for another 5 - 7 years. A positive experience.

It went fine. After a few months, it began to leak. He came out to fix it. He said he fixed it but it still leaks. The owner now wants me to pay more to have it fixed.

It took them a while to come out, they are over in Pennsylvania. It also took a little for for them to get me scheduled. They did a good job when they came out.

Took two weeks to get a person out to my home. Not very responsive to schedule an inspection. Overall inspection was satisfactory.

Although I have not been on the roof to inspect the job. I believe they did a good job and they were fast a efficient putting on the roof in approximately 4 hours. I did receive a complaint from my neighbor that they put some scrap metal materials in his trash can and left about 12 roofing nails in the alley way which can cause flat tires. If they made sure all the nails were cleaned up there would have been no complaints. The roof has a 15 year warranty, if something is wrong with the work that they did I feel comfortable with the fact that I can call them.

Very professional and punctual. Provided an estimate upon request. Took pictures of issues, made recommendations without pushing to get work done immediately, which I feel shows integrity.

They did not go on top of the pitched roof, meaning they were not able to assess what really needed done to repair damage that has been occurring from the gutters down the siding. The two men who showed up were relatively nice, but were clearly unqualified to assess my property. They told me their boss would be calling me to come out and do a full inspection, but upon speaking with their boss he had no idea that he was supposed to come out. They claim they were going to do $375 worth of work on the property, but in reality they did not do anything other than repair damage they had caused. I have tried several times to get a refund from this company, but they keep pushing it back to Angie's List who tells me that my service level does not provide for refunds. So I'm stuck. I'm out the money. And nothing has been done. I even called the roofer again to let him know I needed assessment for a larger project if he wanted to come out and give me a quote. He did not respond. Added to all of this, they put a sign out in our front lawn (without our permission) as though they had just done some great piece of work. They did nothing. They created some damage, and then sealed that damage with some silicone. An update on this is that they did issue me a refund (Angie's List) but all other pieces of the review are true and valid. You got the "F" that you deserved.

Overall, I'm glad we bought the Angie's List Deal for this, but it felt like we were really just paying for someone to come out to do an estimate. They did make some minor repairs which we wouldn't have known about, so we did find value in that.

Mr Roof Pro LLC was quick, efficient and professional - they did a great job.

They came out the very same day as I ordered the Big Deal and advised that I needed more done than just the roof maintenance. I decided to hold off until a later time and requested for refund. They were very polite and professional.

mr roofer was prompt and very honest he acknowledged that the work that was done prior wasnt the best but it was still holding up and actually showed me pictures of the roof and the rotted skylight. I will be using him for this project as well
