Description of Work: Fixed a crack in the chimney. They arrived on time, got to work immediately, cleaned up the area afterwards. Very friendly people. Am well pleased with the work.

Description of Work: Mike walked outside the house and examined areas. He talked to both of us on his recommendations, wrote us a quote and suggested a more favorable time - weather related towards this spring to start the project. He is a very down home person. Not pushy or trying to make us sign any contract. He was very professional and explained every step. We felt comfortable with him on this project. Others will see this aspect of Mike in their home as well. We will contact him this spring once warmer weather is upon us. Thanks

Description of Work: We had brick steps and a chimney repointed and restored. Michael and crew showed up on time, were very professional, did a great job, and left the area spotless. The steps & chimney have never looked so good. We would definitely call him again next time we need brick work done.

Description of Work: We received an estimate for repairs to the stucco of the buildings in our condo community. This contractor really seemed to know his craft; his diagnosis of our problems was spot on. We ended-up not using this company because it was too pricey compared to other estimates.

Description of Work: They came out and did some brick pointing, cleaned some stone work. They also recovered 3 story stucco on the rear of the home outside. Cleaned marble steps to my house.

Description of Work: Michael Popielarski's team brickpointed the back of our house. They also coated the bricks and coated and "painted" the stone work around the windows to a color of our choosing. (The change in color of the stone work was necessitated by the work done on it.) The work was done in less than a day-and-a-half, and the back yard was completely clean when it was finished.. Mike's explanation prior to our having the work done was professional and clear. All in all, we are very satisfied. (The "yes" in answer to question as to whether the service was performed by the inquirer is "yes" because although Mike did not do the work himself, his team did.)

Description of Work: I've used Mike in the past for concrete work and did not hesistate to contact him this weekend. I noticed the back bedroom was pretty drafty and discovered the window frame had come away from the foundation and was at risk of falling off. I called Mike and he came out the following day and took care of the problem. I was so grateful for his prompt attention in this matter considering it is the holiday weekend. I have scheduled Mike to come back out in a week or two to do additional brick work to the front of my home. As always, GREAT job Mike, you are the best!

Description of Work: We had to have a side of our house (stucco) repaired and decided to go with them. They did an excellent job! Instead of replacing the entire side they were able to patch it and coat it with the thorocoat product they use. The color is perfect and you can't even tell it was patched. The crew was professional and friendly- they cleaned up well at the end of the job too. Michael kept in contact with us, communicated effectively, and came to check up on the work being done. I would highly recommend them, and I also believe they were reasonably priced.

Description of Work: Asked Michael to come for an estimate to replace a steel lintel and look at some re-pointing, was very happy. He went out his way to come to me and give an honest opinion. His estimate was fair and will be contacting him later this week to arrange a date for the job Updated:02/14/2013. Michael's crew did the work before the holidays and were great, Job well done, I will be contacting him before the month is out about some brick pointing.

Description of Work: I called this company on July 8 to set up a time for an estimate on having brick pointing done on the back of my house. When I called he said he was on a roof at the moment doing a job, and if I could hang up and call right back and leave a message on his phone with my information and that he would get back to me that following Monday or Tuesday to set something up. I hung up and did as he asked and I never received a call back.
