Description of Work: In May I contacted the McFarland to get an estimate to perform work in yard. They were attentive and responsive. The appointment time was held as expected and this is where things went down hill. I never recieved the estimate. I even called back left at 5-6 messages for Loks to return my call. I still haven't received the estimate or the call back.

Description of Work: I used McFarland in September and November 2014. They removed several shrubs, a couple of small trees, and two woody vines that were becoming invasive. They also pruned ornamental trees and shrubs, and weeded the flower beds. All done quickly and neatly.

Locke Woodfin arrived on time for his estimation appointment and after I hired them, his crew was on time, courteous and highly knowledgable. They cleaned up thoroughly -- my place looked better than it had before the storm!
