I'm hoping that I can get a manager, estimator, or owner to call me to discuss a project that I have in mind.
I am contemplating a project in Philadelphia to build a new home for myself and my family. I don't know what the costs of the project are, and so I don't want to pull the trigger to buy a piece of land, architectural and engineering plans without knowing what I'm getting into. I called the office # and was met with a very persistent employee who refused to go off company policy of "no ballparking pricing". As much as I understand that ballparking pricing isn't accurate, it is what I need to be able to assess my risk of buying the property and investing in all of the documentation that your team is asking for. Please have someone who is knowledgeable about your pricing reach out to discuss. I want a professional company and it seems like you're the right fit!
