They arrived on time, started right away, handled everything gently and put everything where I wanted at new apartment. Everything went well and faster than I thought it would.

Mambo was extremely easy to work with. I was moving out of an apartment building with a service elevator into a house I had recently purchased. I had set up the move about 6 weeks in advance, a couple days later our leasing agent informed us that they wouldn’t prorate our last month so if we wanted to stay the extra four days we had planned on we would have to pay for the entire month. Mambo let me switch my move to the last day of the month with no issues. They called the day before the move to confirm and finalize all the details of the move. I had reserved the afternoon move slot and they called when they finished their morning move to let me know they would be grabbing lunch quickly and be over immediately following (this was about 2pm). When they showed up they were extremely efficient and friendly. I showed them what they were moving and what they were leaving behind and they got right to work. The entire move took about four hours. They were even willing to help move a large (and heavy) entertainment unit the previous owners had left in the basement of my new house into the back yard. I would definitely recommend using them and will use them again if I have a local move. One suggestion with them would be to try and get a morning time slot. They have a set start time for that, they start their afternoon move when the finish the morning move and have had lunch. They are very upfront about that policy so I don’t knock them for it but it is nice to have a set start time to work with.

Mambo Movers has reasonable prices, they know how to pack, they do the job, they show up on time, and they're nice guys. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They showed up on time and were very punctual. They stood by their word, if you pack it in a box they’ll carry it down. It was a difficult move, but they got the job done in the correct time. Overall they were nice guys, they even assembeled my bed for me.

I would assume that I would have to probably bring some things myself as a follow up but they moved so quickly that I didn't need to help. The moving in was equally as quick. It is a three-guy team. We will use them again if we are planning to move.

Overall, we were very happy with their services. Some minor scratches/damages, but nothing excessive given how much stuff we had. They definitely know what they are doing.
