Description of Work: I purchased a 40 gallon Whirlpool water heater from Lowe's and arranged to have its selected contractor install the water heater. The installer arrived as arranged and performed the installation flawlessly. After two weeks, I have no complaints or problems. The support staff at Lowe's was highly supportive of the installation process, notifying me by phone several times of the installation date and payment process. However, the arrangements took several days to complete and necessitated two visits to the store to make selection and payment. Keep this in mind, because a hot water heater replacement in mid-winter is usually an emergency situation and you may not want to be without hot water for five days during the whole process. I give overall high marks for service and professionalism to Lowes's.
