Karma Diva Green Cleaning

We never had anyone clean our house before so we were a little nervous about hiring someone. But Karma Diva has met and exceeded our expectations. Kirsten is so pleasant and dependable. She has a number of people working with her, and they often work in teams of two. So sometimes different people/teams come to clean although usually Kirsten schedules the same people. Everyone I have met from the company is pleasant and hard-working. It is wonderful to come home to a sparkling clean house. And we love knowing that all the cleaning products are environmentally friendly and do not pose a danger to our family's health. We hope that Karma Diva will continue cleaning houses for many years because we are so happy with the service.

They pretty much tell you that they are too busy to fit you in and Make you feel they are too busy even to schedule with you...guess the name "diva" fits. I took my business elsewhere. Not great service.

Overall very happy with their service. The attention to detail is impressive. I have tried a few other cleaning services over the years and never found one I wanted to use regularly until now. Added plus they are green! Helpful when you have pets. Rates are reasonable given the level of service provided. We had a few scheduling mishaps in the beginning but these were resolved quickly, not an issue any longer scheduling has been easy and consistent.

Very well! The house looked great, smelled like Tea Tree Oil. Very professional team. Kirsten the owner is very easy to speak to and flexible in scheduling. A+

My bed was made to look like the Ritz Carlton Hotel. Attention was given to small details. The tops of mirrors and high picture frames were dusted. Even the toilet paper had a "V" at the end. They were punctual, brought their own equipment and supplies. They took care of the details left in my note to them. I have beern using their service for many months and have always been delighted with the way my home looked.

I had a lot of problems with this company. I really wasn’t impressed with the quality of their cleaning, and it seemed like they were taking lots of breaks. They actually cracked my base boards, and they replied by saying that it was preexisting damage. It took quite a bit of back-and-forth to get them to have someone repair it. I was hoping to find a company that I could establish a long-term relationship with, but I just can’t recommend them.

I did not schedule within the timeframe of the Big Deal and the provider would not allow me to use it unless I scheduled regular cleanings. I am moving so that would not be possible. I asked for a refund.

We started using them in February. We pay $30 per person per hour. They use natural products and I think they do a great job and I can trust them at this point. I've never had any issues with them and the house is clean. The price is fair.

Well, after reading the good reviews on the AngiesList, I decided to call upon them (I had to call couple of times to finally talk to them). I explained them what I need and then it was followed by their onsite visit to gauge the work. I explained the work in detail and she gave me a rough estimate of 3 hrs for two people for all the work (mostly). We agreed. The house was already in good shape so I was hoping that everything will be done in that window. Since the scheduled date was close to our moving date, I called her back and told them that we rather focus on more appropriate areas first rather then doing the floors and all, so that way we can keep the window to 4 hrs (2 hrs pp). She agreed and we went over all the items for cleaning again to make sure we are on same page. When they showed up on cleaning day, all they completed in 4 hrs was 2 bathrooms and 3 windows!!! The third bathroom, they did in 5 mins!!! That left all the other work we talked about and agreed upon, undone!! At the end of the work I paid them in full but pointed out all the work that was not completed and what was done was very little for the 4hr window. they said, Kirstine will call me to discuss. Surely, I didn't receive any calls. I am completely and surely disappointed!! I just want to respond on company's response, I clearly told the provider that I will call them back again after move-in for further cleaning so not spending was never a question here, but if they had told me that in 4 hrs, only thing they could clean was two bathrooms, I would have acted accordingly! Again, I think I went by the previous reviews, but not experiences are same.

They did a good job cleaning and showed up on time, but they just kind of left with no communication when they were done. I was also disappointed that there wasn't any follow up afterwards to see if I wanted to use them again.

I am so happy with the results and would definitely hire them again. Kira and Weedy were efficient, polite and were willing to do their jobs quietly enough to allow my toddler a full nap! I was pleasantly surprised to see just how well "green" products worked. Kirsten, the owner, was very responsive to my initial inquiry and gave me a solid estimate of costs and what to expect. FYI - they won't ask or even expect it, but tips were greatly appreciated and definitely deserved!

Scheduling went fine and everything was good; they were great.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It worked out well. We used her for a little bit but we weren't able to continue on a monthly basis but she was very nice. We would recommend her. She was courteous, very professional and on time. She was here when she said she would be. We just couldn't financially continue with it on a regular basis. We didn't pay more for the initial deal but we paid additional for subsequent visits. The prices went up in January so that's when we discontinued the service.

Once I was able to connect up with them, it was fine. It was very good service. It took them a while to connect up and work out a time but it was through nobody's fault; it was just matching up schedules. There were no additional fees.

Great complete, willing to go out of there way to service a customer. Should be a model for other companies.

The service was great, no problems. We didn't dislike anything about the service. We got a good deal, they came in, they were professional, they did what we were expecting them to do, and that was pretty much it. They do a good job, and I would recommend them if somebody were to ask me to suggest a house cleaner. The owner came by as well, to see that everything was being done correctly. That was a good thing. Their price is pretty competitive, and we had the Angie's List big deal which made it better, but their regular price also seems pretty good. They would probably be our first call, if we found the need to use them.

got a really thorough cleaning on a Valentine's Day coupon. Was very impressed, and would recommend them again. Learned quite a bit about eco cleaning, which is the way of the future. 100% recommended.

I have been using Karma Diva every week to clean my home for over a month now. They have always been very professional and friendly. The quality of their work is top-notch and they are very efficient. I would definitely recommend Karma Diva Cleaning!

Two people came. One was late but not really concerned about that. Cleaning pretty good but floors not entirely swept in bedroom. I had surgery and was unable to clean for awhile. Overall it was good.

We first got in touch with Karma Diva because we were having a huge event. Our son had passed away unexpectedly a few months before, and I couldn't face getting our place in order. She and her team came in, took charge and made our home sparkle. Now, they keep it up ever few weeks. They work in teams, harder than I've ever seen anyone who cleans a home clean. They are respectful, responsive and just all around great folks. The owner checks in, and even pitches in cleaning as necessary. I've already referred two friends to Karma Diva, both of whom are equally thrilled. I'm serious. If you need help keeping your home in order, or just getting it back in order, this is the Company to call. They Rock and your house will shine!!!!

Kirstin was always prompt with responses and made every effort to be accommodating, even on short notice. We have used the service three times and have been pleased each time.

They admitted on the phone that Angie's list suggested they hike up the price then discount it. For the money as just a two hour clean, it was passable, nothing more. I have since hired a different cleaning service who I use on a bi-weekly regular basis.

Everything turned out well and they are a good cleaning service. The company arrived on time for the appointment. Scheduling went well and she was very responsive. There were two cleaners and they were here for about 2 and half hours to complete the work.

Theysent one woman which was excellent, as I requested. They were superb . They were professional, kind, and used my non-toxic products as I requested. They also wore booties and Megan went beyond the call of duty.
