"Respectfully, I did not miscalculate anything. This client requested a lower budget than our typical first cleaning and I hesitantly agreed to try to fit it in. I even explained that with a lower budget for the first cleaning it may take more than one visit to truly get everything done properly. She seemed reasonable at first but apparently wasn't listening to a word I said during our consultation. I hope she finds the help she needs. We did send her refund to her (even though it wasn't our mistake) and were professional at every turn of this very challenging process. This review is completely unwarranted. "Our technician was running 5-10 minutes late that morning and should've called to inform this client of that. We are terribly sorry about that and this cleaner has apologized and clearly understands our process now. Regarding the other points made, including our communication leading up to this appointment, these allegations simply are not wholly truthful. "We are terribly sorry about this. The woman who was scheduled for your consultation had an emergency come up and although she did her best to reach out to you, she was unsuccessful in her several attempts. All of our clients are important to us and this mishap had nothing to do with the size of anyone's budget. It seems possible that this person did not realize before contacting us that we are a green cleaning company. Study after study shows that using chemical cleaners is simply not necessary and in most cases is actually harmful to your health. We are sorry to hear this level of dissatisfaction. It sounds like this wouldn't have been a good fit."

This was a big deal purchase. I had them once and I thought they were terrible. They said they would have, like, two or three people come in, but they sent one person over. The person was late. They make a big fuss about being natural but the person smelled of cigarettes and I don't smoke. She just did a terrible job. I think I paid $240 for six hours of cleaning time. She was there for about six hours and somebody joined her right at the end, I guess one of the managers. It was so disruptive, I kept saying, "please go." She said I paid for the time. I said at some point it does not matter. I am a contract worker and my time is valuable. So it was a disaster and the house was not very clean. That's what upset me. I really did not feel like I got anything out of it. I think the cost was terrible. I have dogs and they said it would be better if I went out so I took the dogs out for a walk for two hours and honestly things looked worse when I came back. I noticed that the person's gasoline cap was off as if she had gone out to get gas or something like that. It was so bizarre. That would not happen again. The quality of service was terrible. The person they had here did not pay attention. That's what upset me more. She was supposed to come at 9 but did not come until 9:20. She told me she was down the street. They said they told me how long they would be here. They called to follow up and asked how I liked the service. I said they took too long and the cleaning was not that good and they said my house must have really been dirty.
