Very courteous, prompt, would definitely use again

I purchased a 5 cubic yard pickup on Tuesday before the Sunday pickup, (so short notice, #1). I got a response message through Angie's list which told me i was booked (very reassuring, #2). I called once or twice to clarify whether they could take brinks and pavers and was told yes they took them, but they would have to be charged separately from the pre purchased load, and was told the rate, (clear #3, and fair #4) and that if we had more than the 5 cu yards of stuff they would still take it, and negotiate the price if needed at pickup. My partner met them, said they arrived promptly, were professional and reasonable about all charges (gratitude, #5). We won;t be hiring them in future - but only because we no longer live in the area. I think this was a bargain and wold definitely recommend them.

Aaron and two other gentleman showed up and introduced themselves. They looked at everything we needed hauled away, then promptly and efficiently took it all out and loaded it into the truck. They were friendly, professional and flexible--allowing me to schedule a Saturday pick-up with short notice. It made what felt like it was going to be an overwhelming process quick and painless. I will definitely be using them again the next time we need something large (or a bunch of junk) hauled away.

I contacted Junk Be Gone after reviewing this type of vendor on Angie's List . I made the apointment for service at the time of my call They arrived on time , we went over the pricing schedule, and looked over the items to be removed. Both Aaron and Pedro worked efficently and professionally and constantly checked with me as to which items to remove and which items would remain.The job was completed in under an hour, they swept out the garage floor and even applied an Angie's List coupon to the price. Called before arrival, as promised. Crew and driver were courteous and professional. They were careful not to damage lawn with truck. Brush pile was gone in 10 minutes.

The service was excellent. The only "snag" was that we were outside of the service area for the "big deal" (which I didn't realize when I purchased it) so we couldn't use the exact deal we bought, but we worked it out with the owner and all was fine.

It was a really quick and great service. JBG answered my call right away and came out that afternoon! They worked with us to figure out how many cubic yards we needed to purchase, and were efficient when cleaning out the house. They ripped the carpets out for us too, which was a huge help. I didn't have to worry about a thing, and when I walked back into the space everything was cleared out and perfect.

The guy who I called was Aaron and he was the owner of the company. They were good. They were fast and efficient so I was satisfied. Their pricing was a little bit much but I was satisfied with the work. They were friendly and they got in and out really fast.

Two fellows from Junk Be Gone came as scheduled at 9:00, despite bad weather the night before. Within three hours, the job was done. Throughout the whole job, they were friendly and cooperative, putting aside stuff we didn't want removed. Clean up was adequate. Not perfect, but ok. We will surely use JBG again in the spring.

The company removed a truck full of "junk" from my property. The men arrived as scheduled, were polite and completed the job quickly.

They were great. The guy was straightforward and told me the price upfront. He arrived exactly on time and took everything away with no hassle. It was a very good experience and would use them again.

I brought the coupon and Emailed the provider and spoke with the provider. I told him that I took down a tree house and wanted the debris removed as well as a couple of branches. We set up a time and they came out. They felt this was construction material and that this was not part of the terms of the coupon. I went back and looked at the coupon and I do not see where what I wanted removed was excluded except for the roof of the playhouse. They did not remove the debris. They wrote me later and told me for an additional $50.00 they would remove the debris but I felt the coupon should have been honored. I do not want to deal with this company any further and would like a refund of my coupon.

Aaron and his helper arrived on time and immediately assessed the job and got to work. They cleared 10 cubic yards of junk from my basement in less than an hour. We used another junk removal company to clean out the garage last year--their price was higher and they were no way near as efficient. I will recommend Junk Be Gone to family and friends looking for such a service.

They did great! I was so relieved to get some junk removed from my basement and shed. And in one fell swoop, it was gone! The only reason I didn't give an A in pricing is because I don't know what's a competitive rate for this line of work. Also, I didn't have a whole lot of stuff to be removed, but I wanted it removed anyway. They were polite, friendly, professional and removed everything I needed removed. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

They removed our very old, very heavy furniture. They did it quickly, and there was no damage to our walls or doorways. They were very professional and very flexible about scheduling. It was quite a relief to have the furniture removed, all our efforts to give away the furniture came to nothing, so they were a godsend.

It went great! On trash removal day the crew called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way and conveniently they were able to start earlier than scheduled. The removal process was quick. The crew were exceptionally polite and professional and made every effort to remove all of the items safely. I will definitely use this firm again.

Aaron made time to come out to our home the same week I called to schedule service. He was very professional, arrived on time as scheduled and they cleaned out our entire basement and garage in less than 30 minutes! This was much faster than we could have ever done on our own. The basement is now cleaned out and ready for our contractor to begin refinishing the space! I would definitely use Junk Be Gone again!!!

Aaron and Pedro were friendly, professional and very efficient. Two of the pieces being moved were so large that two doors had to be removed from their hinges in order to get them out of the basement and out of the house. This was done quickly and without complaint by these two gentleman, and the doors were replaced just as quickly. We were completely satisfied with their work and intend to call on them in the future. Highly recommended!
