Junk Be Gone Cleanout & Junk Removal Service

I needed junk which had piled up over the years, removed from my basement. They came the same day I called. Two guys and the owner or manager came to the house. They moved quickly and with care for the rest of the house (kitchen, living room, and dining room). It was a great service with a great price. We were very happy with everything.

Junk Be Gone did an excellent job of efficiently and thoroughly cleaning out the basement. The state of the basement had been hanging over my head for many years. I tried on several occasions to clean up myself, but there was just too much stuff. In one day, they relieved me of that burden. Aaron and his team were professional, respectful, and friendly. The rates were reasonable. If may sound expensive, but the basement is large there was a lot of junk!

Aaron and his team accomplished the job in suburb fashion. They arrived on time, asked and received some general directions from me and then went to work. In a few hours they took care of a burden that had been weighing on my shoulders for several years. I had made some attempts to do the job myself, but it was just too big. The team was efficient, professional and respectful. The cost was high, but in my opinion worth every penny. I especially appreciated the set pricing schedule, so no surprises. You pay for the amount of the truck you fill (we had 4 truckloads!) The team compacted as much as possible.to maximize the amount that could be fit into the truck. Overall the did an excellent job and I am very happy with the decision to go with them.

The reviews are accurate. Aaron and Co., show up on time, give you an honest estimate, and generally provide quick and excellent service. They filled up their truck in about 45 minutes with some very heavy stuff! Note: they are not taking cement / heavier items as much anymore, but Aaron is very up front on the phone to find out exactly what you have an whether or not they can help. Highly recommended!

Perfect. The guys were very careful moving everything, and got it done quickly. They were very courteous, they got it all done in an hour, and the price was very fair. They were also great communicators, and obviously very conscientious. There's nothing about this service that I would've wanted to go differently.

We contacted Junk-be-Gone to clean out two properties that were filled with junk, trash, furniture, etc. The owner contacted us directly. He set up an appointment for Saturday, November 21, 2015. The owner and his workers came promptly. They cleaned out from every floor and even cleaned out the yard. They loaded a whole truck of junk. They were very professional about the whole project. We were so happy with the work that we rescheduled for another property to be cleaned on November 27, 2015. The owner also gave us the Angie's List 10% Discount for both properties. Let's just say this company is very professional. They are prompt. They know their jobs and do it well. They were very nice and mannerly. They were well worth every penny. And we are going to use them again for another property.

They came earlier and removed construction waste from back deck and inside house. They came back and removed hot tub and did a great job. They had a good price for what they cleaned up!

Overall the provided did what they said they would do. The only negative was that I was given a time for them to arrive. I left work early to be home by that time. I received a call about 30 minutes before they were due to say it would be later than they expected. I was given a new time. That new time came and went. I finally called them and was told they would arrive soon. Once they arrived the removal was quick and efficient.

Highly professional group. We were able to choose a convenient time for our junk removal and we received a confirmation call prior to their arrival. They appeared at our house a few minutes before they were scheduled to. They listened carefully to hear what we wanted removed and went right to work. I found them cordial and hardworking. Some of the pieces they removed were very large and they had to move them down and up some narrow steps. They never scraped a wall or bumped into any furniture or scratched our hardwood floors. I expect to use them again in the future and I highly recommend them.

Prior to emergency household repairs I had to clear a lot of space in a short amount of time. Ended up with a mini-mountain of stuffed trash bags in my living room. Called the company at 11 AM and they were here by mid-afteroon. Very rapidly cleared out all the bags and returned my living room to me. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

They called to arrange a time for pickup and were able to schedule me for the next afternoon. They called on the scheduled day to provide an exact time. A team of three movers arrived on time. They carefully removed all junk items from my family room, study, and basement and loaded them on their truck. The team was very professional and very careful. They also moved a chair from one room to anther to replace the broken recliner. I definitely plan to use them again.

Called them for an estimate. Aaron arrived on time, scoped the job and estimated it based on the volume it would occupy in his truck. Scheduled the work. Aaron arrived right on time with his two man crew. I had old rugs to cover areas where they would have egress, they do not provide this but I knew this up front. They worked very hard for two hours. The old water heater was very difficult to get up the steps given size and weight but they persevered. The outside brush pile turned out to be frozen from a very cold February. But they went after it with my shovel and took it away in chunks. I now have a cleanout out basement and back yard and am very pleased with the result. The price was right on target with the estimate. I would recommend them and use them again.

Wonderful service! I sent an email from their website on Monday morning and Aaron called me almost immediately. I first wanted to make sure they came out my way which they did. I explained what junk I needed to get rid of and he quoted me $189. We scheduled for Saturday at 9am. Aaron called Friday evening to confirm. At 9am he called to say they would be there in 10-15 minutes which they were. There were 2 other guys with Aaron and they took everything out quickly. They had a little trouble getting the box spring down the tight corners of my stairs but they made sure not to damage my walls. I would highly recommend them. The price might seem high but the service is worth it!

Aaron was very responsive. We made an appointment for Friday, 10/10. Due to some family issues, we were not ready for that date. Texted Aaron asking to rescheduled to 10/13. He responded that it was OK. Came with 2 helpers. They emptied the basement and then the garage. They were very careful of walls and furniture moving materials from the basement to the truck. They did a great job for a very reasonable charge.

They were able to make an appointment for me the same day. Should up on time, calling me when they were on the way. They were very professional, courteous, and honored the special price listed on Angie's List.

The guys were all great, very professional. I had more to haul away than I originally budgeted for, but the young man supervising the other workers was very clear about rates, should I choose to have more trash removed.

They arrived at the time promised and removed the designated materials quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and careful not to damage the sheds while removing the materials. They did an excellent job of sweeping and cleaning the sheds once they were finished.

I can not say enough about how professional and courteous Aaron and his team was. I received plenty of prompt communication, including on the day of the service. He was extremely flexible with the date and time and arrived exactly on time. His crew quickly emptied about half of the junk we needed to get rid of, cleaning up behind themselves along the way. What appeared as a mammoth job was completed quickly and efficiently. Aaron then worked with me to determine how much more space we would need to get rid of the remaining. I appreciated their service so much, I am having them come back tomorrow to finish the rest. You just can not ask for any better service than that. Please do not hesitate to use their services if you need to have your junk hauled away!
