Jason and his team did an amazing job. He was on time, on budget and constructed a picture perfect patio. He worked very well with our decorator and other contractors. We will be using him and his team again in the very near term.

Jason and his team created a beautiful entrance and walkway to my front door. What was orginally a few broken stepping stones and a dirt path (which always flooded in the rain) became an extraordinary example of hardscaping. In addition, Jason was extremely easy to work with - a couple of changes to the project didn't break his focus or his postive attitude. The team finished about a week or so ago and I have had 5 people stop and comment on the great work they did. Nothing bad to report. Nothing at all. Just a great experience.

My experience with Jason and his team has been excellent. He was extremely patient and thorough in describing different options for our patio, offering suggestions when we asked, without being overbearing whatsoever. There were a couple of things we questioned Jason on upon completion of the job and he was extremely responsive following up on our questions and I have no doubt should we ever need any further follow up that Jason will be as customer service focused as he was with us from the start of this project -- He is an absolute pleasure to work with.

The work overall was excellent. The job was started on time and the crew stayed until it was finished. I have used JMJ Landscape Contracting recently so my expectation was high and they did not disappoint. They had me check the work periodically to make certain I was happy. They went through the steps to completion exactly as Jason had told me. Intially, they brought pavers that I did not like when I saw them on the ground. It was no problem for them. They simply sent one of the workman to exchange the pavers for something else that I liked. Professional all the time. This is only the second time that I have felt I got exactly what I paid for and both times it has been work by Jason and his company.

The landscaper called last minute to reschedule to another day. Then did not show up or call while I waited around for 2 hours for him to show. Very unprofessional and shows a lack of good business judgement.

They never returned our call. I feel that if they were professionals they would have at least called to say they were not interested in the job.

Two words. HIRE JASON. When I called him, Jason came out quickly, took measurements and made really helpful suggestions. He came out a second time to go over details, and allow us to choose pavers. He was obviously knowledgeable, in contradistinction to other contractors that we called. We agreed on a price which I regarded as eminently fair, and then, as the work progressed, even better. He came out as promised and began work with an experienced, professional and hardworking crew. As the project took shape, neighbors began dropping by to offer their compliments. Everyone mentioned how hardworking the crew was. Jason then suggested changes, the drain in front of the garage, and removal of additional concrete. He did the drain for the cost of materials only. No charge for the additional concrete removal. Cruz was the head of his crew, incredibly hardworking, and determined to be as perfect as possible. He responded immediately to any questions, and made all corrections on the spot. The drain had to be repoured as the lip was too high, and this too was done skillfully and quickly. When done, Jason inspected the job carefully, and said he would drop off extra pavers and sand if a repair became necessary. I will certainly call him for any maintenance needs. Jason is absolutely the best contractor I have every worked with, and I have had experiences with many. You absolutely cannot go wrong with him.

From the start, Jason was patient and professional. He suggested ways, such as keeping the exisitng pavers, to reduce the overall price. He showed up at the scheduled time and stayed with the job until it was completed. His crew was also courteous and professional. They showed up for work each day without fail and often stayed late. The overall job was fantastic. The existing pavers were made to look like new when he finished resetting and cleaning them. The new walkway exceeded our expectations from a workmanship and overall look with the other pavers. He answered all my questions and asked me to approve work as he was progressing. He made changes, such as recutting a couple of pieces without hesitiation. They actually put new topsil and mulch along the walkway to make it all look new. When I signed the proposal, Jason gave me a senior citizen discount without me asking. I will use them again for some new work I am contemplating.

work was done efficiently. jason was fantastic- he offered great suggestions when we couldnt agree on what to do on certain parts of the project. the workers were reliable and hardworking. we will definitely recommend jason to our friends and neighbors- we have already given his information to several neighbors. our backyard has been transformed and we are very pleased. we hope to use jason again on another job in the near future.

I had three quotes all 3 seemed reasonable but JMJ was the lowest of the 3. After the fact, JMJ also gave me $100 discount as I was an Angie's list member and had located them via the list. I signed and faxed back the contract and paid 1/3 up front the balance on completion. Start date was agreed. Started a week late, but I was fine with that. I'd indicated up front that there was no rush. Work went according to plan with some minor weather related delays. Jason was approachable and responsive and a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with the finished result.

Jason and his team were great! Even though they were busy they were able to get my project started within a week from signing the contract and they were able to complete the job in just two days. It was great to have the project done so soon so we can enjoy our yard for the rest of the summer. The patio looks amazing and the sod looks great as well. The team worked very hard both days and produced a quality installation. I would definitely recommend them.

Job was handled very professionally. Stairs were collapsing from weathering and years of use, front walkway was starting to get uneven and needed repair also. JMJ broke up and removed old cement and replaced all within budget and on time.

I contacted JMJ on April 13 and asked to get someone to come out and help me fix a drainage problem in my front yard. I was told that Jason would call me back. Eight days have passed and no one has called me or left a voicemail for me. I'm surprised that I've been treated this way considering all the high ratings JMJ has recieved.

Jason Jordan was excellent to work with. The object was to remove my perennials from one section to prepare that area for major plumbing work, keep those perennials alive, remove the perennials from another area of my front yard and keep them alive while installing a 3-tiered garden bed. Jason listened to what I thought I wanted. He provided a computerized image. We reworked the design as needed during construction. He used my perennials as requested. With permission from my adjoining neighbor, we removed evergreens and azaelas. His staff brilliantly removed two fully grown evergreens, moved two azaela shrubs and replanted them (one on my side and the other the adjoining neighbor's house). This was done during very hot, dry days while I was at work. JMJ staff were careful to keep the perinneals' roots watered after excavating them. This was a two-tiered job. The intital work was completed and then after the plumbing and concrete work was finished, JMJ came back to finish, place bird bath, grade and apply gorgeous sod. I highly recommend Jason and his staff for hardscaping and landscaping needs. I will continue to be in contact with Jason because his company offers leaf compost which I will purchase for my front yard flower/perennial garden and backyard vegetable garden.

It went smoothly and without hitch. Work was done in one day. Excellent result with lush green grass within one month. The cost was significantly lower than all the other estimates I got. Nice guy and great experience, will defnitely use JMJ again. A++

Great experience! JMJ Landscape Construction LLC discussed several options with us and provided us with a detailed written estimate. Work was scheduled soon after the proposal was accepted. Although access to our patio was difficult and parking was limited due to the nature of our street, they were able to get the work done quickly. The quality of the work was excellent and they were able to maintain the overall aesthetic. They were even able to incorporate old bricks from the original patio, giving it a nice look. The price, as well as their attentiveness made this company a wise choice.

We had many estimates given to us by different companies. I liked them right away when they came out. Their estimate was the cheapest. The price was good for the quality of work they did. They were very responsive. They answered all my questions.

I just called them for this work as they had done some landscaping work for us previously. I did not call anybody else for the estimate. They completed the work in a day. I felt very good about their work. They did the work quickly and efficiently. The price was affordable.

Jason supplied us with just what we needed! My husband and I really weren't very good at describing in detail the look we wanted for our front yard. Jason listened to us describe the look we were going for and returned in less then a week with a virtual display of our front yard, landscaped with the plantings and garden wall we described! For us that was it, we were sold. The finished product looked even better then the virtual one. He even came back on the holiday weekend to replant things he removed from our "old" front yard into the back so they wouldn't we wasted. (His estimate was less then half of the other one we got!)

Great experience! Jason was able to meet my request for organic materials. His crew showed up on time, were professional and worked hard all day. When an unforeseen obstacle showed up (my yard had a bad case of grubs), Jason worked with me to get and install the organic treatment I needed so the job could be done right. Great crew, great work ethic. And the price/value was great!
