I was very pleased with the performance of the job. He explained to me in detail how he was going to perform the job and what materials he was going to use. The job appears to have been done well and they cleaned up following the job.

Came out to look at the work and promised a quote. Never heard from them again. Sent them an email inquiry and received no response.

Jason and his team were excellent to work with. We hired them two years ago and were remiss in writing this review. Every time it rains and we have a puddle-free back yard, we are again reminded of Jason's great work. At the time, we met with several contractors regarding our wet backyard. Each had a different idea on how to proceed. We hired Jason because he was most confident that his plan would work and his price was reasonable. Two years later we are still thrilled with his work. I would not hesitate to hire Jason and his team again.

We are absolutely thrilled by the work that was done by JMJ Landscaping. They were able to reproduce exactly what we had requested. We wanted a flagstone patio installed with an organic layout design that complemented the curved lines of our garden. Since our yard has a downward slope, we asked for a low and sloping stone wall to be built on one edge of the patio and to actually level out a section of the yard so that it could abut the wall and in essence create level ground in the yard. They finished off by seeding the newly leveled portion of yard and covering it with hay. They completed the job in a very timely fashion at the price we were quoted. My husband was very impressed that they obtained Wissahickon schist for the wall to mirror the stone that our house is made of. The guys were extremely professional and really took pride in their work. The new patio is absolutely beautiful and looks as if it was part of the original design of the house. Although it was a little expensive the quality of the workmanship and supplies was well worth it and I have no doubt that this has increased the value of our property. I would highly recommend JMJ Landscaping.

Three weeks ago I contacted JMJ about repair or rebuild of a front lawn retaining wall. I was told that Gill would be out on Thursday. On Thursday came and I was called and told they rescheduled till next Tuesday. Tuesday came and I was in the ER so I called and they said Gill could check it and call me. Never received a call. I called on Wednesday no answer, left message. called Monday several times, left messages. same thing Tuesday. Wednesday someone answered and told me they would have Gill call me. Thursday no answer left message, same on Friday. called Tuesday and Thursday this week, left messages again. IF THEY DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS BECAUSE IT INVOLVES ACTUAL WORK, AT LEAST ADMIT IT AND HAVE THE CURTIOUSY TO CALL BACK

Contacted them for estimate on retaining wall and driveway. They came out, spent time, theirs and mine, and never supplied an estimate. We went with another contractor. Why waste my time and theirs???

Asked for plan and time to completion for the work. What I received was the bums rush and no plan. Since I didn't just fall of the turnip truck, I declined any further contact. Maybe it was just a bad day for them and they may perform nice work. I based my decision on initial contact and interaction.

They are fantastic. They do the best job of anybody around as far as I am concerned. They do the work right. We had somebody else come in and take out a stump and did a half job and they came in and corrected it. Their prices are a little on a high side but is worth it.

I called May 3 left msg. @ 215-322-4244 with brief discription and contact information. It's May 21, never received a call to setup appointment.

JMJ created a fantastic garden for us. They removed all the grass, pulled out overgrown shrubbery, installed a stone garden bed with edgestone borders, boulders, river rocks, and planted new plants. They also removed grass and installed stepping stones on the side of the house. It is very low maintenance and gorgeous. Gil was the project manager and so professional, courteous, and creative. We are so thrilled with the end result.

Too much money at the time. But was very professional.

The workers arrived early each day, were very hard-working and polite and cleaned up the area at the end of each work day. I had a small problem with two of the pavers and JMJ was there the next day to make the repair.

He and his crew were consummately professional throughout the job. | |I made no comment on punctuality since landscaping is completely at the mercy of the weather. That said, JMJ dedicated themselves to getting the job done in as timely a manner as they could and in my opinion did very well.

It was excellent. They always do a wonderful job. I would recommend them to others.

JMJ Landscapers did a wonderful job. They were very professional and knew exactly how each of the bushes and trees should look. We are very pleased with the service and we will continue to use this company.

The backyard blew away our expectations and we would HIGHLY recommend using JMJ Landscaping. We had a loose vision for the backyard and Jason took that vision to the next level recommending innovative approaches to some of the key aspects of the yard including a unique approach to the built in seating, an accent wall with lighting, hooking up the fireplace, paver design, etc. In addition, there was excellent responsiveness and oversight of the project by the Owner, Jason, and that carried over to his team who had great attention to detail and took great pride in their work. We have had a number of different contractors work on our house and JMJ by far was one of the most professional and responsive and all while delivering a high quality end product. Thanks JMJ!

Jason and Gil were easy to work with, the job quality was great. The prices were good. I would certainly recommend them to family and friends.

I am very disappointed that they did not followup with at least a phone call.

Gil came to give an estimate. He is extremely professional and went over all the details. The project took four days. The first day the backyard looked like a bomb exploded there and we were getting apprehensive, but his crew worked very hard and the final product looks great.

Gil was a very laid back and a non hard sell type of guy when we met in June. I got 3 quotes and jmj was right in the middle but offered the mulch service where the other two did not. So I got the most bang for my buck. To put it simply... he arrived at 10 am this morning. His crew showed up at 11 am. They did the entire project in 6 hours.... That includes clean up. I could not ask for a better group of guys and a great company to work with. The patio is awesome, high quality and really adds some appeal to my backyard. I would highly recommend JMJ for any future hardscaping needs.

Hurricane Sandy put a telephone pole at a 60-degree angle on my driveway. After the utility company came and fixed it, I had some terrible ruts in my back yard that they fixed. I called them and the gentleman told me that someone would contact me in about a week, after about a week I had not heard from them. I called back again and they had no knowledge of my first call. I finally got a call back from a guy named Gale, who came out and scoped out the job. When he showed up, he still did know why I called him. I kept telling him why. There was absolutely no note taking. I had to do the follow through because no one was calling me. I was not very pleased. Eventually they did come. When they actually came, they were right on time. I would not use them again.

The work, removing and replacing the existing concrete, was completed quickly and the quality and appearance are excellent. They cleaned up after the job was completed.

This is the third time we used Jason's services. We provided Jason a design of the work we wanted done and as in the past, Jason was great to work with. The two employees who came to do the job were as efficient and courteous as always.They followed our design to the "T" and we are very happy with the work they did.
