Description of Work: contract was to remove all rotted wood and install new rubber roof. also, roofer promised to add a 2nd layer to absorb cushion of deck to be installed on roof. workers removed old roof and did not remove old wood and installed new roof on top of rotted wood. when we complained to the owner, he told us to get a lawyer, then called back and apologized and re-did the entire roof. then, the roofer renigged on adding the 2nd layer and did not install it. he did, however, leave extra material for us to install. however, he never responded to our multiple emails regarding this and we believe having to have the extra layer installed by someone else may void his warranty. he will not respond to our questions anymore. we will be sending him a certified letter for response and completion of the work. this is holding up further projects on home improvements. i would never work with this company again, or recommend them.

+ -1 moreQUALITY OF WORKMANSHIP WAS POOR. THE ROOF LEAKED AFTER BEING REPLACED. I WAS QUOTED FOR A 'RUBBER ROOF' AND GIVEN REGULAR ASPHALT ROOF. AN INSPECTION LATER SHOWED PATCHING HAD BEEN DONE WITHOUT NOTIFICATION (SLOPPY). I AM CURRENTLY UNDER REVIEW FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.
Description of Work: REMOVE EXISTING ROOF,REPLACE WOOD DECKING,REFLASH ALL ROOF PROTUSIONS AND REROOF.
