Rob was on time, friendly, professional. He answered our questions and explained things in terms we could understand. This was our 2nd estimate and we appreciate that he was not aggressive. Left us 3 options so we can discuss and decide.

My central air unit was blowing hot air. It would not go below 81 degrees. Thank goodness for Travis and McKayla. The showed up promptly for an emergency appointment. They were curious and knowledgeable. They explained to me all the steps towards getting my central air unit working again. Within a couple of hours they replaced the part needed and the a/c was back !!!!! Thanks guys you are awesome.

I had Stan come out on a recall after previously coming out for service a few weeks ago....at that time we both thought the problem was resolved....however the issue reoccured and this time a better solution was determined after Stan’s unrelenting search and I will schedule the work needed to permanently resolve this issue...Stan is VERY knowledgeable and explains everything in detail...

John was prompt and expert in diagnosing a break in the electrical line. Not good news but glad I have a pro doing the work.

I have to buy a replacement. The AC control board needs repair and the outlet is working well. I was offered a MAINTENANCE PLAN TO check gas tank and alarm system for 2020-2021.

John made sure I had peace of mind by inspecting the issue and discovered others too. Made recommendations that were empathetic. Price includes trip charge of $40 and labor to repair outlet.

Great! John is extremely knowledgeable and personable. From now on he is my electrician. He caught a mistake made by the seller that could have been dangerous. I really liked him and his work.

Prior to the technician coming I was sent a text with the name and picture of the electrician who would be coming. Tom was amazing!! He was on time and efficient. He wore a mask and complied to all COVID protocols. He changed out 4 outdoor outlets for GFI ones plus he changed the outlet covers for better bubble covers and caulked the boxes to weather proof them. Everything was under $500 and took only a few hours to do. I thought I was only getting an estimate today but when I agreed to the estimate (which was exactly what I was charged) he did all the work immediately. I will definitely use this company for all my future electrical problems. Thanks Tom and G3 electric.

Stan K was awesome!! He was friendly, competent and efficient. Came in using all protective procedures that are now our norm right from the get. I had 2 ceiling fans replaced and the electric for the garbage disposal fixed (it was hard wired directly to a wall light flip switch that was laying on the floor at the bottom of the sink.) Super dangerous if the sink ever had a leak. I needed a medallion for the one ceiling fan or it would have looked awful he was so helpful and went on amazon showed me what I needed and I bought it. He made a note on my chart to the company that he needed to come back and finish the job and how long it would take so they scheduled me right away when it came in. Nothing but positives for this company and I will use them again and again and tell all my friends and family about them. The price was absolutely reasonable and they are amazing at answering any questions you have. Someone always answers the phone and the text the picture and the name of the person you can expect that is coming to your home is a plus and he showed up in a Company van. This was work was for my elderly dads house so it was important for all the identifying markers. Thanks Stan K

My appointment was for between 11 AM and 1PM. Evan called to say he was on his way. They even sent an email with his picture ahead of Evan arriving. That's what I like about Gen 3; their communication is excellent. Evan replaced the light switches in a matter of minutes. After speaking with Evan about Gen 3 maintenance contract, I decided to purchase it. I'm glad I did because I got 10% off my bill right away. Evan always does an excellent job. He's very thorough and considerate of the client.

I hired Gen3 to remove knob & tube wiring throughout a home I had just purchased. In 6 days, they had removed, replaced, and patched over throughout a 2,000 sq ft home, all while we were moving in. Osiris was the lead electrician on the job and he was outstanding. He even came in on the weekend to make sure the job got done before we were doing the final move. Can't say enough good things about Gen3. Professional, kind, prompt, and knowledgeable.
